They'll have an even better defense this year, but what about the offense? A repeat on the Jets? I still wouldn't have hired him as a HC.
I hope people truly didn't believe Rex was going to be a DC. Surprised he didn't hold out for a job with a good offense, like Atlanta, but I guess you need to take the job that is offered to you.
LeBeau to the Bills? I could see it.
Not a bad hire, Ryans teams usually play Brady and the Pats tough.
And, in Buffalo, he still doesnt have a franchise QB.....step from one bad situation into another one thats not much better. Maybe hes got a personal vendetta vs Hoodie.........remember that whole "...i dont kiss the rings..." comment years back
And I think that is why he would chose the Bills over a team like Atl.
Ryan's winning percentage at NY was under 50%, so what was the reason for his demand as a head coach? Still can't figure it out.

Yes, but terrible offenses will put that kind of pressure even on the best defenses.I don't get it either. His defense ranked up there in some categories, but was dead last in Int, fumble recoveries and his team was 24th in points against.

I still think that he'd be a great DC, but he'd have to only concentrate on that side of the ball.

and a lot of what had happened to the Jets were timely injuries or QB play that was less than stellar, some will overlook that and not put that all on coaching.
