Must watch
My reaction exactly earlier
Yeah what am I thinkin' about. No hospital would ever think about financial gain and with the way they are losing money hand over fist, they wouldn't dare fire their staff to appease govt mandates.....A financial motive? You must find it strange that those medical institutions implemented vaccine mandates…

COVID-19 will push hospital losses to $54B this year, report estimates
A new analysis shows the COVID-19 pandemic will continue to drive hospital and health system losses throughout 2021.www.beckershospitalreview.com
Jensen said, "Hospital administrators might well want to see COVID-19 attached to a discharge summary or a death certificate. Why? Because if it's a straightforward, garden-variety pneumonia that a person is admitted to the hospital for – if they're Medicare – typically, the diagnosis-related group lump sum payment would be $5,000. But if it's COVID-19 pneumonia, then it's $13,000, and if that COVID-19 pneumonia patient ends up on a ventilator, it goes up to $39,000."
Jensen clarified in the video that he doesn't think physicians are "gaming the system" so much as other "players," such as hospital administrators, who he said may pressure physicians to cite all diagnoses, including "probable" COVID-19, on discharge papers or death certificates to get the higher Medicare allocation allowed under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act. Past practice, Jensen said, did not include probabilities.
This is your problem. You make judgements based on little, to no information. It is why you have no credibility here. When you realize that you will begin to heal.I have listened in on a few Rogan podcasts, I know what he's about.

Looks more like your nerve got hit. Onefor just gave you a simple stat in reply to yours. You went on a mini rant.Looks like I hit a nerve. ...
Looks like I hit a nerve. How does comparing the terrible Covid stats of a tiny, former-Soviet, central European nation of 9M people make you feel any better?
How does perpetually slamming the USA make you feel any better?
No it doesn't. Does your constant need to bash the USA make you feel better? It's a highly contagious virus that doesn't seem to spare any country that is honest in their reporting.. It's no one's fault (except China's). I won't even blame Joe Biden even though you spent a year blaming Trump. I guess you blame the unvaccinated despite the fact that millions of vaccinated people are currently getting and spreading the virus. Of course there are vaccine hesitant people in every country in the world but somehow the USA is uniquely at fault to you. You love to root against this country.Looks like I hit a nerve. How does comparing the terrible Covid stats of a tiny, former-Soviet, central European nation of 9M people make you feel any better? Yeah, mini-me Trump, Viktor Orban's far right government here has done little to mitigate the disproportionately high Covid deaths. Instead of funneling billions of EU funds into rebuilding hospitals, improving health care and fixing systematic issues plaguing the country, guess what? He stole most of it for himself and his oligarchs. Great job. No wonder Tucker Carlson is so in love with this place. Perfect paradigm for the alt right bullshit fantasy world MAGAs reside in.

I'm slamming the anti-mask & anti-vaxxers. Try that on for size.
Tibs won’t respond when you prove him wrongNo, you're not. You're attacking the USA, as you have perpetually for 5 years since 2016.
Why don't you, instead, attack the vaccines and mandates and masking and social distancing that have failed.
Remember, in the past when we had effective vaccines, they ended epidemics like measles and small pox and polio.
Instead of realizing the approaches have failed and acknowledging as such, you attack Americans for being the cause of the problem. They are not. Given our massive vaccination rate, given 2 years of policies aimed at curbing the virus, we SHOULD have seen it subside. It has not.
Logical conclusion - the vaccines and approaches have failed.

Your post that I objected to didn't mention Donald Trump. Maybe you missed it since you're overseas but he hasn't been president for awhile now. He's also not responsible at all for vaccine hesitancy. He developed the vaccine, got the vaccine, got the booster, encouraged everyone else to get the booster. Your beef was with the USA.Would love to see you or anyone else point out how I've been *perpetually attacking the USA for years since 2016.*
Because I dare criticize the board's heartthrob, dingbat Donald Trump? Because I call out unhinged, MAGA Republicans? That's *attacking the USA?* You folks are dumber than I thought. Wait, check that. Just confirms what is clear as day.

Pointing out our covid statistics and then snarkily chanting "USA, USA" isn't anti-American? What do you call it then? As someone who is vaccinated, wears masks and still got covid twice I resent the implication that this is somehow the fault of Americans. Any Americans,Are you going to join the good 'ol boys and agree that my political views are *anti-American,* as Tim claims? Or not?![]()

Can you blame them? Honestly I was an enthusiastic covid vaccine supporter, a "follow the science" person from the beginning. But the way the vaccines have failed us combined with the horribly muddled messaging and outright misinformation at times from our government and scientific community has made even people like me question things. There can be no doubt at this point that while the vaccines have some value in preventing severe illness and death, they also have some pretty significant if uncommon side effects and they DO NOT PREVENT SPREAD. Therefore this continued demonization of people who may have valid concerns about getting them is wrong and is also counterproductive. If you really want people to get them, persuade them that it will keep them out of the hospital. Stop shaming them with the pretense that they are hurting other people. Mandates and shaming have done nothing but make people dig in their heels and become even more suspicious (as I predicted they would months and months ago). People don't like to be forced to do things.Well, then I apologize to you, OFTB. I meant it as a critique of the anti-maskers, anti-vaxxers & conspiracy theorists, who also happen to be the MAGA, gung-ho crowd. I can see why my post was wrong. I should have worded it differently. I'm sorry.
