Haskins was injured at the combine - thus his slow 40-time
all I've read sums up that he has the arm strength, throwing motion and physical ability to be an true #1 QB.
though from what we saw in Washington, he WAS very immature and naive and immature and naive. So he'll need to grow up, listen to his coaches, work on what he's told needs work, accept criticism and involve that in his training. I WANT to believe he's learned from being cut by the Skins, but will not get excited about having him on roster until he proves he can match his 1st round talent.
Dobbs will be 3rd QB. The frustrating thing is Dobbs shows lots of improvement, then when called on, reverts back to how he always was and has been. Super smart, yes, but not a starting caliber QB in the NFL.
