Interesting point. Over the past four year's, here's how that has looked:
NFC (7 offensive coaches, 1 defensive coach)
Matt LaFleur x2
Doug Pederson
Sean McVay
Sean Payton
Kyle Shanahan
Bruce Arians
Mike Zimmer - blown out 38-7 by the Eagles
AFC (4 offensive coaches, 4 defensive coaches)
Andy Reid x3
Doug Marrone
Bill Belichick x2 - technically a defensive-minded coach, he had Brady as his QB, which puts him in his own category
Mike Vrabel - kept it close, but KC pulled away in the 4th
Sean McDermott - blown out 38-24
FWIW, Tomlin's teams have allowed 129 points in their last 3 playoff games and it took a big comeback to even be competitive with the Jaguars. You've got guys like Reid, McVay, Shanahan, Payton, LaFleur running offenses and we had Randy Fichtner.
