Cris Collinsworth

Sometimes I think he's funny, other times he's annoying. He often gives props where they're due, but also too often when they're not.
Who really gives a **** about a non-story about him getting phony backlash.
Keep in mind, we watch the Steelers a hell of a lot more than the network announcers do. We follow them closely. They don't. If it seems to you that they don't know what the hell they're talking about sometimes.... you're absolutely right.

This isn't a one time thing. CC has always been a Steeler basher. As stated majorly butthurt over all the punishment he took as a Bungle

you really don't have to make every post in bold type...we can all see them

I have heard CC give both praise and bash the Steelers. I dont think he is near as biased as most on here say. His comments about women who got him in hot water were innocent. Hard to believe people are that sensitive now a days.

Who cares? Do yo really listen to him that much?, at least when the Steelers are playing? I'm usually so focused on the game they could be speaking Mandarin Chinese and I wouldn't know it. I exaggerate to clarify, obviously, but I really couldn't tell you what is said when the Steelers are playing.

Respectfully disagree...Tony Romo is the best in the business. He may be a former Cowboy but that dude knows his football!!

Romo is grossly overrated. He didn't say one bad thing about Brady when they played Chiefs and he was having a horrible game.

I'd take Phil Simms over Romo anyday.

I liked Romo when he first started, but he has gotten worse. Seems to be trying to force things and get focused on something and can't stop bringing it up. Another thing I notice with him is on replays - sometimes he will get so focused on one item, he forgets to look at the rest. For example, he might look to see if a reciever has possession on a catch when hitting the ground but flat miss the foot being out of bounds. He really was at his best when he would talk about coverages, waht the QB sees, the WR route and the Def reaction.

On the other hand, as much as I dislike Collinsworth, he has gotten better over time but I still don't like him.

I’ve never understood the hatred for Collinsworth, but I’m knew to all of this.

Collinsworth was clearly giving huge props to the fans in Pittsburgh. If anyone was offended by that quick story they were looking to be offended by something.

100%. Of all the horrid commentary Wednesday & making no attempt to avoid bias in his preference for a Ravens win,

The comments about how much the fans knew were a compliment—just 5 minutes on Twitter reveals how stupid most fans are. But the media spins stories however it wants

He's good, but he's not as good as he was in his first year, IMO. I think he bought a little into his own hype and sometimes just needs to take a step back.
