Cris Collinsworth

I like to affectionally refer to him as Collinsworthless.
 
He’s a classic Steeler hater. He hates watching Pittsburgh win. Cant even count how many times he was drooling all over Baltimore for their “heroic” defensive performance.

No matter where you go out in that god damned world you can find a “Steelers bar” kinda like a Irish pub to watch steeler games. part of it is Steelers are popular the other is ppl that grew up in the ‘burg and then moved on. It’s real heart warming to meet ppl from WPA talk football politics and all things Pittsburgh out in San Fran or seattle or out on the Aleutian chain in Alaska. Lots steeler fans in Hawaii. I find myself always referring to WPA as the “old country” just as my family always referred to Ireland. Pittsburgh has sent many of daughters out into that cold world and the world is better for it. Most are as nostalgic and even as knowledgeable as their brothers and cousins and have fond family memories of the Steelers. Football is in our blood good bad or ugly that’s just the way it is. I always got a kick out of joe Montana’s story about his mom being the tuff one and bucking him up through his formative years. It describes many of WPA family’s when I was growing up. When ur footballin’ in WPA you better tighten your chin straps boys! Go Steelers!!
 
I don't like Collinsworth. I used to think it was cause I felt he hated the Steelers but its not that. Honestly he is more balanced than others. Now I just think he is unknowledgeable. He just spews tripe all the time. That said attacking him for what he said is laughable. Go try to talk for three hours every week off the top of your head without offending anyone. And let's get real for a second. Most women don't really give a **** about football and the percent that do would not be offended by that comment because its true.

Couldn't agree more...

That's the man's job to add commentary that is related to the event....In this case a football game in Pittsburgh.
What he said was not a fabrication or demeaning to women..
I think most of the women in the Burgh appreciate the compliment.

A man can't even do his job anymore without unwarranted social media backlash...

Also, he was right. Baltimore did put a good effort out there with their situation against the Steelers. Give them credit.

Stop being a bunch of ******* like the Baltimore coach we complain about so much.

Guy says an honest observation , he's maligned by the cancel culture. Look around ,. We have about 3 maybe females on this board . I don't know Jack **** about Pinterest or decorating.

This isn't a one time thing. CC has always been a Steeler basher. As stated majorly butthurt over all the punishment he took as a Bungle
