The "Bus" and Bettis. Oh my God, really?

Diontae is soft and has made some bonehead decisions this year. Two weeks in a row he's been knocked out of a game. If he can't stay on the field healthy then he is a liability to suit up when he can leave the offense shorthanded. Ray Ray may just take this guy's spot.
With our 3 WRs of Juju, Johnson and Chase ... we'll let Washington walk when he's a FA. Juju's price may drop some with Johnson and Chase emerging. I, for one, hope we keep Juju. The trio cited will be very, very good for years to come. And could extend Ben's health and stats by a year.
Your opinion. Many others have no problem with it. Some of you snowflake over the dumbest *** ****. He likes it who really gives a **** beyond that.it's ******* awful, that's what's wrong with it, numbnuts.

He wasn't born with the Juju, Washington, Mapletron's body frame either. I haven't heard anything like that from anyone outside of the occasional Steeler fan. Like you I am not buying it and a few fans are way to critical in regards to DJ the kid is still wet behind the ears and people are already labeling him. SMHsoft? really? dude was clocked in the ******* head, bleeding out of his ear and was on the field the next week. he can't help getting a concussion any more than any other player can.
Like i said on that punt return, he was twisted by the defender when tackled. after the play. yet the refs let the Eagles do that **** for awhile without flags.

Yes he is soft. His smaller body is more injury prone given the size of the defenders tackling him.
It sure seems like he was doing it all yesterday, catching it short, intermediate and deep.
I think because he is not the most agile or light on his feet his route running is very underrated.
He's crafty and smart, as he just has a great feel for using the fear defenders have for his speed to his advantage by using subtle moves and body language to create space for himself.
He completely spun Jalen Mills around on the in-breaking route on his first receiving TD yesterday.
I just do not think the "one trick pony" label fits him at all.
He just has something from an awareness and technique standpoint that the likes of Bryant and Mike Wallace lacked.
Those two should have been a lot better on the underneath stuff, given how loosely opposing DBs played them.
I am excited for Johnson to return, Johnson, Claypool and JuJu will be tough for any team to cover. Claypool reminds me of Santonio Holmes, Size, speed, after catch ability, seems to be a natural pass catcher with soft hands. Looks like Ben's go too guy already.
Smaller body frame doesn't have to equal soft. In history their are some smallish people who packed quite a punch one way or another. The kid will have different strengths compared to a bigger or stronger player. Anyone who fights through injuries and continues fighting forward isn't soft.
Again too early to label the kid anything he hasn't shown any negatives consistently.
I really think right know the labels are kneejerk reactions.
Just be glad that we have a VERY good WR pool right now and sit back aNd enjoy the ride .
Salute the nation
What i saw were a lot of vertical routes. TE Seam routes. Deep fades. Skinny Posts. That's what he does.
Claypool scored on that WR screen but they had 3 guys blocking for him. How many times did Ben throw quick to AB with no blockers and he made it a big play? DJ can do that too. Claypool can't. He's not that type of player.
Yinz will enjoy this watch.
