College Football Bowl Thread

Lincoln Reily's a genius, huh? That play took so long to develop. LSU was actually fooled but it was slow, the DB was able to get back in the play.
 
Burrow is a beast....not looking forward to seeing him twice a year with Cincy.
 
I’m embarrassed for Oklahoma and I’m not even a fan of that team.
 
I hate that Burrow is going to waste his talent in bungleland. What an absolute waste. Maybe he can pull an Eli and just refuse to go?
 
That's what it looks like when WRs make plays. Many of these catches were contested. PSU WRs make none of those catches. LSU did get away with a hold on that last TD though. Not that it matters, they probably would have just scored on the next play anyway.

We see plays like that every week in the SEC:amen:
 
This could end up being an *** beating that effects next year's playoffs. Oklahoma better be undefeated next year because this loss will haunt them. especially if Baylor gets smoked too.

Maybe Big 12 coaches should start recruiting some defensive players

We've told you NUMEROUS TIMES - playing defense in the SEC is nearly like playing NFL defenders. Oklahoma hasn't blitzed LSU nor have they even tried to play press coverage. They're not physical enough...

Agree. I think Ohio State has the best defense in the CFP. I think the offenses are all pretty equal. Could be what carries the to the NT.
 
Man Burrow is the real deal. He'd look great in black&gold. Can we trade the bungles the rest of our draft? They will only ruin him anyway.

Am i allowed to point out how ridiculous that statement is or would i just be SEC bashing to pint out the SEC defense are nowhere near NFL caliber
 
Good Lord....Oklahoma is already 0-3 in the college football playoffs going into this game and they are getting destroyed. They just mentioned the Big 12 has never won a CFB playoff game. Maybe it's time to look past the Big 12 next time.

Hurts is not the runner or passer that Jackson is. Hurts does not handle pressure well. Jackson keeps his eyes downfield or finds a running lane when under pressure. Hurts just kind of runs around.

You should know better than most because he was the weak link on Bama. Hurts can be successful on a great team with everything going his way but if he has to go to plan B, he struggles.
