What change are you wanting to make? Which community? North Fayette township? They don't have issues that need solved by the NFL, the MLB, or the NBA. Most people don't know wtf kapernick is even kneeling for.

I'm not going to debate social issues in a football forum with you but I will say I was not suggesting sports teams are responsible or can solve the issues. I suggested they carry sufficient influence to help bring people together. And to bring this back to the OP, I have no love of Kap nor agree with what he did. I think there are better ways to bring about positive change in the world.

I understand the definition of "collusion", and the NFL is just about the biggest Good Ol Boy club that there is. But, reading some of the other posts, I can see the collective just not wanting to deal with the circus that he and his wife brings into town as well.

Other associated players in his movement have jobs. he doesn't. After a year off most players decline. two years and so on? I could see why there isn't an interest.

no, he just used race as an excuse for being caught pouting on the bench and then monetized a divisive issue, all while ignoring the fact that he sucked. He represents all that is wrong with the current SJW, cancel culture.

And the fact that all of the other anthem protesters have jobs is proof that he was not blackballed. The only reason the NFL settled is because Kap’s lawyers were granted permission to go through all team and league emails. I guarantee the settlement was because owners didn’t want leaks of dirty joke emails or their pornhub browser history. If he could play and would accept a backup paycheck, he would have had a job years ago.

He’s a fraud.
