I'm back...
We've discussed it all week - unlike the naysayers, I believe this team is built, now, to stop mobile QB's from annihilating us. We have speed on the interior and 3 quality DB's to keep the Ravens WR's in check. With my Bama at FS - I don't think we're going to have any big plays over the top and Lamar might call himself Tito Jackson after this game - has been...
Steelers Keep Rolling 24
Ravens Descending 10
I agree with the comments about the defense and Fitz is huge step up from Davis. Suddenly 3 of our starting 4 DB’s can make qb’s plays.
The 1st and 2nd round picks spent on Burns and Davis, two picks I was not on board with are now distant memories.

Lamar Jackson on the Steelers-Ravens rivalry: “Physical, everyone after each other. I just can’t wait to perform in it. They play that little song (Renegade), they wave their little flags and stuff, with the little towels around. It was pretty dope. I enjoyed it.”
I will NEVER pick the ******* Ravens.
Dave Dameshek -- The Steelers are named after the mid-century heroes who forged the steel that built the tanks & ships used to defeat the Nazi scourge. The Ravens are named after a poem written by a Boston native who married his 13-yr-old cousin, moved to Baltimore, got drunk & died.
Deep thoughts for this weekend....lol
Btw, interesting blurb, from steelers depot. Hope Fichtner takes note.
Ah, to reflect on hindsight...
We can all agree that Minkah is better than Davis, but let's not be so hasty to throw Sean Davis on the trash heap---his injury (and Ben's) forced the Steelers to make an uncharacteristic move and we're seeing the fruits of labor.
I don't know what we can get back from Davis since he's an UFA in the off-season; but we must thank him for his services whilst here...
I think they are still weaker at ILBer than last year. But you are right running might still be difficult. But passing short to RBs should still be effective. And Rudolph seems to like TEs so having McDonald should be a plus as well.Just heard DT Brandon Williams is active after being out the first four games of the year. He's crucial to the Ravens stopping the run, so get your hard hats on today boys. It's going to be tough sledding toting the rock.
