I’m 47 and I can’t remember ever seeing a Steeler team finish with 4 wins
Without researching I’m not sure it’s happened in my life time
I remember winning 6 a couple of times maybe 5 ? But never can I remember in my lifetime winning
4 or less. There’s a real possibility this Mike Tomlin lead team will win 4 or less.

To be clear, the Conner fumble sucked. But there was no way on heaven or earth the Steelers were going to run out the clock. As somebody else pointed out, (I can't speak to the accuracy, but I assume somebody has done the research...) So far this year the Steelers average T.O.P. on a drive is 1:40

Most likely the 9rs would have gotten the ball back within a few seconds anyway.

The truth is, this team is just awful. Pretty much in every phase of the game. I particularly liked it when Johnny Horton, speedster, gets a kickoff 1 yard deep and turns on the afterburners on that amazing speed... and runs directly into 4 9rs defenders.

100 percent race doesn’t matter to me. My favorite players and people of all time are black
No one is implying race matters. Tomlin sucks and has sucked for a long time but Rooney has this thought that he has to keep his fathers values of never replacing a coach

Mike has ruined this organization

Let me ask y'all this.....Just wondering how many of these 9 first round picks do you all think would be a first round pick for another team(s)? Just playing devil's advocate.
 
Listening to all of the talking heads on television and they keep stating that "Tomlin is a good football coach...hasn't had a losing season"


That's the measuring stick, and if you look at that from an outsider's perspective, that is pretty damn good. But Steeler fans know football, and we expect more than mediocrity. We expect more than a giant underachieving disappointment every damn season.

You people need to get a grip. The teams we have played so far are 8-1. We are basically 1 game out of the playoffs. Lots of 0-3 and 1-2 teams.

We are going to go on a run, so go outside, get some fresh air and eat an ice cream cone.

You sound like I used to always sound. However that’s because we’ve been spoiled by Ben for 16 years
That’s how great franchise QBs are. Ben is one of the best of all time. Remember Arron Rogers a few years back when he said relax to the the fans and media ? Then he took his team to the playoffs. Yep that’s how great these guys are.
Here’s the problem. We don’t have Ben. Mike and the Staff are clowns that have been carried by Ben for years and years.

I hope your right Super Dave. But I agree with the other response. Without Ben we are the Browns of years past
We are the 2-14 colts without Peyton manning.
Damn I hope I’m wrong.

I do agree we could and should beat the bungles Monday night but I don’t see us winning more then 4 or 5 games and that’s hard to even think about

Hell, I hope we go 13-3, but looking at the schedule, I see 4 wins, and that's if we don't blow one we should win.

It’s always boggled my mind how his **** don’t stink nationally.
