Report: AB threatening to sit out over helmet

maybe that is the problem. he is using a 10 year helmet to protect his brain. maybe he should have changed it out a few years ago. they have upgraded a few times in last 10 years.
 
Yeah the one he has been using all this time is obviously useless because the guy in bordering on insane. I can't believe twice during camp he has come out trying to wear his old helmet lol let it go

Yeah, well, a lot of NASCAR drivers didn't want to wear the HANS device either because they couldn't see as well.
I drove a race car at the Rusty Wallace Race Experience and once they lock your helmet on to the HANS device you can't see jack except straight ahead.
 
AB is a media prima donna. I suspect he
along with some of his media consultants ​
is orchestrating this to divert attention away from the frostbite debacle.

The good news for the Steelers is that he is not our distraction anymore.

If Gruden is as good as they say he is, he should have seen this coming.

Oh, I so hope he sits out games because of his helmet. That would be priceless. The dude that is in question for taking too many hits and already losing his mind is now questioning why he has to wear a better helmet like the rest of the league. ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
All I know is that trade is lookin' better and better as time goes by.

Did the same thing this past Spring, a little unnerving relying on the voice in the helmet as to what was going on around you.
 
I can't believe the league is going to clear him on his old helmet. Imagine the monster they'll create if he gets his way.

And who DOESN'T think AB is going to sue the league to oblivion when he retires?
 
There is no way he will retire due to his helmet. Just trying to get some more attention

I don’t know. There comes a point where self inflicted off the field issues takes away from game day focus.

Brown is on a new team. He’s got a lot to learn and has “ frozen “ out early chances to work with his new QB.

Brown is not a Randy Moss type of talent who can function with any Qb. When Ben was out Brown production was greatly reduced.

If it goes South in him I do think he can sit out from Football for a while. His ego is very inflated. And he’s not very smart.

Watching Bell and Brown flop this year will be funny. I predict neither will be as good as they were on the Steelers

Let him play with his old helmet. Maybe someone can knock some sense into him.

Sign a waiver that says you can’t sue for say head injury.
