Steelers sign Ex Rams ILB/S Mark Barron

A good TE would have more of an impact in 2019 than a WR. Jesse James played 50% of the offensive snaps last year, so it wouldn't be hard
for a rookie to take over those snaps. Moncreif has a lot of experience, so a rookie WR will take awhile before taking snaps from him.

Also with Ravens losing 3 linebackers to free agency, our division opponents are not stellar at linebacker. Matching McDonald with Fant or Hock would
cause a lot of damage within the division. I'd still take one of the Devons at 20, but if gone, I'd go Iowa TE. One of the 4 is very likely to be there.

Ravens already have Mosely's replacement on the roster. He seems to have been good enough in spot play that they let Mosely go. I wouldn't rely too much on them not being as good because Moseley's gone.

I think if you feel that you could line up Washington and Moncrief at wideout and move Juju to the slot on three wide formations then I think you are right and you dont need round 1 wr. I'm just not real sure about that. Now someone still has to explain to me if you get a every down linebacker what are you supposed to do with the two run stuffers and the cover guy. And you are paying 6 million for the cover guy this season.

And 6 more to the run stuffer, and 7 more to the dime backer(though he can play both safety positions).

You can use Barron and Devin at the same time in the 3-3-5 , that would be his initial use on the team I think. Devin would be benched in the standard 3-4 in detriment of Barron and VW. At least to start the season
