The Steelers played almost exclusively man against the Patriots in Jesse James game, and Brady still carved them up.
I've always felt the key to beating the Patriots is to mix up coverages and get pressure with four rushers. It really doesn't matter what your doing if Brady is able to easily anticipate what a defense is doing.
You have come after him, and you can't sit your DBs 20 yards off the LOS. SD is dropping their safeties so deep, so they just go underneath while they only rush 4 guys, they have to blitz him
