Welcome to 2019 Steelers fans. We’re starting right where we left off on Monday. Today news is breaking that Antonio Brown has now requested to be traded. This comes on the heels of him being suspended/benched for Sunday’s season finale against Cincinnati. Antonio Brown has requested a trade. Im told it was not a demand […]

Jason la Canfora reported it who knows if it is true.

And if it was, I seriously doubt the Steelers entertain the notion.

Another spoiled athlete. **** him. Trade him to Tampa.

I'd trade him for value for sure. You wont get value. And how much value would you need for 29 million.

If he's traded, his contract and cap hit go with him correct?

Pretty sure the Steelers would be on the hook for a lot of it. Less after June whatever.

I don't see the Steelers getting the value they would need to get in trading him.

So much easier to can a coach, than to be on the hook for AB money.

Happy ******* New Year!

This is the last thing the Steelers needed--another year dealing with a star player who doesn't want to be on the team.

IF this is true, just get him the **** out. No more distraction.

Doubt it would happen but if they can Tomlin, would that make Ben go all AB and have a fit? No idea what the dynamics are between the two of them...

Would losing his go to receiver cause Ben to have second thoughts about staying or would it improve his outlook?

Find out next week on "As the Steelers Turn"...

Steelers seem to be a diva factory. We get rid of AB and there will be another one around the corner. There must be a root cause to this constant crap.

he will not be traded. It will get ironed out. There's no other choice with your best WR with a high cap number to move.

$21 million in dead money.

So, they're ****** either way?

Is 21 million worth just getting his toxic personality away from the team?

Unless, Brown suddenly has an Ebeneezer Scrooge-like epiphany, I do not see how they can bring him back.

They could trade him after June 1 and it'd count about $7 million against this year's cap and about $15 million against next year's.

Which would restrict the team from being active in free agency.

A perfect cherry to put on the end of this **** sundae of a season

Sprinkle some nuts on that with Ben retiring and u would have a Sundae Royale, lol
