Same here. I’m just hoping for a loss to Chargers then we just beat bengals in week 17 and we’re in.

After losing to the Raiders, I would not take any opponent lightly, especially the Bengals. They would love to spoil our season and probably play dirty (yet again) at the same time. If the Rats lose to LA, and we beat the Saints, we could rest key starters vs. the Bengals.

The Saints have more weapons on O than the Pats by far. Going to be a tough one.

Yea, get back to me when the D shuts down Brees and Co. next week....Then I might get slightly excited. I still maintain they beat the one of the worst Pats teams yesterday they have faced the last 10 years.

we are unleashing Hell in December and cutting eyelids off. That's some scare crap. We are now the Hannibal Lecters of the NFL.

i do not think the ravens offense can hang with the chargers, but you just never know. The Browns should also play them tough. i would be surprised if they won both games. NO was in a bit of a funk. If they play well tonight it doesn't look good for us. i would use the Gronk strategy on Thomas and Kamara. Make their other guys beat us.

They still beat the Colts,Bears, and a red hot Chiefs team. And was the second seed until the Steelers knocked them off of that.

You know that Chiefs team that is the number one seed.

The Chiefs would disagree.

No. **** that. Far more often than not, when a team rests starters in that last game of a season, they look out of sync when the playoffs start. True elite teams can pull it off, SOMETIMES, but thats about it. This is NOT a true elite team, they have no business resting anybody unless they go up by 5-6 touchdowns on the bengals

And if Burfict takes out Ben’s knee, our season is over as is the start of next year at a minimum. You have to protect AB, Ben...etc

There is a fine line in this Buisness. This team comes back from a rest totally lethargic and needs a QTR or two to wake up which could be dooms day in the playoffs. There is also the "AB hurt" thingy to worry about too..... WE CAN BEAT THE bungles without Ben / Brown / JuJu / Pouncy / Heyward but also feel they should get a series or two-3 in.

Overall, we will just have to TRUST our coach on this subject. Maybe we need a T-shirt printed up "In TOMLIN we TRUST" and sell them for $8.63 each or two for $19.00.

Salute the nation

Right. If they go up by multiple scores, sure. Sit out the game entirely? **** that

We don't live in our fears.

I don't even like Ben taking Wednesday off do to his sometimes rusty play. I damn sure don't want him bye week gaming it.

No way, not this roller coaster of a team up one week down the next.

No they need to play every game.

Just look at that Panthers game and resulting game(s) for confirmation.

I rather doubt we'll be in a position to rest anyone in the last game. More likely it will be a must-win game. When you lose to the likes of Oakland that's what happens.
