Behind the numbers on the interceptions

Coach this isn't just a one game INT issue. Ben is 30th in completion percentage. He hasn't been old Ben this year IMO.

Agree. Even going back to preseason Ben has not been that accurate. Many of his passes have been sailing high.

Good work coach. I'm not giving up on Ben yet, and I certainly won't bash him as some others have. The guy has brought us some great memories.

Perhaps he shouldn't have thrown the interception? Fundamentals people...

Perhaps when you face the worst rushing defense you should run the damn ball. You know, like Chicago and Jax did to us.

now he just telegraphs everything and seems to not be focused for whatever reason.
I think he just really wants you to hate him Elfiero. And he's looking forward to the glorious day when Landry can take over and save the world for you, as that's clearly what you want. Or do you prefer Dobbs as he's more deserving of a high profile extraordinary life?

Great breakdown Coach. Thanks for that.

After the 24 hour cool off period I think the over reaction to Bens play is probably too harsh. Yes, he sucked Sunday. However, everything that could go right for Jax defense did. Ben has been off. No doubt. He practices only Wednesday and Thursdays now, and did not put a lot into preseason. I think he is just getting up to game speed and timing himself. Not making an excuse. Just trying to look and analyze his play objectively.

I pray he does an about face this Sunday at Arrowhead.

Welcome. Ben didn't not throw his teammates under the bus for making mistakes that created interceptions, or flags that took away scores.

Ben must be leading the league in tipped, batted down passes. Don't know if that's the O'lines fault, maybe he has to do a better job at sensing the pass rush and anticipating the movement of the defensive linemen.

anyone who threw a pass was listed. So if you take them away sure he is probably 21st. Not that that should excite you. For fun look at his passer rate, yinz will really love that.

I listed the starters. 21st out of 32.

Ben is at 61.5%, but as we know some of the INT's and dropped passes are not his fault.

He is 120 for 195.

SUPPOSE our WR's caught five more balls they dropped or played volleyball with...his completion percentage goes up to 64.1% 125 for 195 = 64.1% and only 12 starting Qb's would be more accurate.

So the narrative that Ben isn't as accurate is really not true, plus he goes deep more often than most.
