He's a throwback power running back with good enough feet. If Bell is out, we can win with him. I think his yards per carrying would be close to Bell, and he's a better short yard runner, but of course, he isn't close to the receiving threat Bell is.
My continued belief is Pittsburgh is a very easy place for a running back to have success. We've got a powerful OL, a Hall of fame QB still on top of his game, and the most dangerous set of receivers in the NFL.
