Going for it

Though going for 2 now is a must. Should always go for 2. Did you see yesterday, there were like 10 misses on XPs around the league. The XP is not a gimmie, and the score percentage for value of points ALWAYS favors going for it, especially when the weather turns.

Very true, and there where actually 12 XPs missed yesterday. Crazy. It's going to be fun and interesting coming down the stretch to see the strategy of how these teams handle the point after in these cold weather stadiums.

100% against. It was a 6 point game, and were it not for the penalties it would've stayed that way. Leaving you one freak play from being behind. Instead you kick and go up 2 scores.

Hated the call for 2 as well.

For the record, I havent been anti Tomlin, This however has me starting to lean.

Agreed. Go up 9 points. If we fail on 4th down, we are only up six and the home crowd comes alive.

Tomlin gamble worked this time, but he's not exactly playing with house money,

Only coaches with job security would go for the TD in that situation. Moronic call by an arrogant coach.

Which is why you take the field goal against the better opponent. See, the Browns weren't a better opponent.

Yeah I agree. I felt comfortable in the fact that they would've still won had they not got any points there. Least Tomlin is consistent.

Tomlin might also be giving an injured team playing with a lot of emotion a sign he believes in them

not getting that as he is blaming the refs, and I heard nothing indicating he isn't believing in them

Loved it. I just wanted them to run it.
