This....the board has been rather quiet after the two victories...all the hate will spew the next few days.....
cheats, broncos, packers all are competitive every game
they were not competitive today

You can't say that. With all the injuries today and Bell missing we had everything go wrong today. Sometimes everything just snowballs on you in one game. We knew we ould struggle at times on defense. We knew we would not win them all. I hate when we lose one game and it is the end of the world.
that does not mean they are unbeatable....

really because the secondary and pass rush has showed what this year?
not saying this team will have a losing season, but the weaknesses on D is too glaring
and I feel safe to say that

Bull **** I have seen all those teams take bad losses a times. Quit being a spoiled brat fan.
Eh, they've been embarrassed before ... and come back to win Super Bowls in the same season. My hope is that they discover some other scheme than this 4-7, 3-8 **** almost ALL the time ...

It's not the losing - it's how you lose - no offense, no defense, a rookie QB shreds you; the only bright side is that some of the injuries might get us to see some rookies that can contribute in the future. Getting Bell back isn't going to fix what's wrong with this team.

todays performance was a eye opener unfortunately
the only thing today means is that the Steelers will not go unbeaten for the year....

Secondary is young and has done well until today. Linebackers have been ok for what they have been asked to do until today. We need to give them time.This exactly the kind of thing I expect from a young defense from time to time.
this really could be a good thing for us. It strips the ego's away and let's us get back to being hungry rather than being lauded and reading our own press. Our Heads got to big (not like that Coach).
