The Steelers were widely hailed as the team no one wanted to see in the playoffs.
But it’s their habit of losing to the teams that don’t get that far which could doom them.
According to Mark Kaboly of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Sunday’s loss to the Ravens was the 13th loss to a sub-.500 team the last four seasons, which is more than enough to make it more than a statistical fluke.

No matter HOW you dice it, this Tomlin-coached team chokes vs. bad teams. It is pathetic and irritating.
How on earth can ANYONE claim this doesn't fall on the head coach?
You have to be purposely obtuse to not see this disturbing trend falls on the head coach. I am sorry to say it, but at this point, I am going to back off on caring as much about this team, until we have a coach in place who isn't so inept. No sense in getting fired up for this team when it's obvious they will continue to not do what is needed to contend. But at least Tomlin looks cool in his shades and spins a mean headset cord. Oh, and his pointing to the camera thing makes him super cool too. We got that going on for us, I guess.
