When criminals come up for parole, they need to compel a board into believing that they will not commit more crimes.The pedophile and felon Trump didn’t require that of the J6 traitors when he pardoned them. Carry on.

No, they always have some cause or crisis to be alarmed about in order to justify their existence.
Problem for us Conservatives is that we have to be just as motivated in order to get the Left, i.e. the government, to leave us alone when the truth is that we'd rather have a beer and a cigar and be out waxing our cars or barbecuing some ribs.

Charges are dropped fairly often​

Back on the topic of winning. I'm pretty excited about this. $2K for prep year education. Room and board included. If my kids were preparing to go to college today, I'd highly encourage them to take advantage of this first.

You're clearly not aware that "probable cause" is a very low standard, right? Meaning police have a reasonable basis to believe that a specific person committed a crime is all it takes.

There's also a lower standard whereby someone can be detained on "reasonable suspicion"

You believe in order to be detained/arrested, 100% of verifiable evidence must be documented/obtained prior to an arrest.

Just for ***** and giggles, why were there no charges against all the damages, fires, injuries, deaths and destruction of federal and private property during BLM/artifacts protests? And the harms to police officers?

Yet for J6, with relatively little damage, and the shooting, by police, of one protester, and the clear involvement of FBI/CIA assets in encouraging folks to enter the velvet ropes, you scream, biitch, moan and bring your pFucking hypocrisy to insane levels.
