There are more prospects coming out at QB next draft then we've had in a long time. I hope Allar/Howard pans out but I'm pretty confident we can land a good one next draft as well. McCarthy will have time to assess the guys in our draft range and find a good one.

They said the same thing about the 2026 class and we saw what happened. We’ll be lucky to see 2-3 legit QBs come from next years class.

Gannon had a good run in Oakland, but Smith and Maddox? One good year each. That's not enough reason to hold onto Maddox.

Maddox and Geno smith both could have been thrown away like so many other highly touted qb's who you never heard of again.. Rudolph is still here. Its possible his game could be elevated somehow. Geno's was. Maddox's was. There are others but you got the point already,,
