Oline

While I’m just a lowlife fan,I’ve never understood the musical chairs on the OLine. Don’t forget, Jones was a LT his whole career. Until they threw him in at RT. Fautanu played his whole career at LT ……until they threw him into RT. I won’t even get into the Previous Center Debacle. Why not just draft a RT. Or a LT. Sure it’s nice in a pinch/injury situation. But if you’ve played one position your entire career, why make him change his first year at the NFL.

I’ve never played OLine in my life……but for those that have is it really that simple just to switch sides?
I have played a lot OLine. Moving isn’t the big deal
many try and make it out to be. Almost every tackle drafted early last year was moved to the side opposite of what they played. Every team is doing regularly.

you can't get peaches from a cactus plant. You get what's available at the draft, BPA and things of that nature.

I get it. My best pass rush moves were from the left side playing OLB. I was far less effective rushing from the right. Played center most of my career on offense but in semi-pro played guard a lot and it really didn’t matter to me which side I was on.

BPA available was definitely not Max. He might have been BPA in a position of need.
Not that I’m arguing with you. But I feel we’ve went away with BPA for many, many picks. I would have ran a 9.14/100 to that podium to pick Dillon.

Of course BPA on a position of need. Especially when you have a 1st round LT already playing RT, the team had flexibility in that regard

wonder if Deebo has an arm

I don’t know about the arm, but I do know he has the longest defensive play in Super Bowl history.
