I guess the Steelers didn't want to make the splash at WR they needed. Instead, they probably overpaid for a guy who is a WR2/3. At that price, there won't be any competition for WR2. Pittman is it.

Bears and he played well for the Browns last year. Apparently, we were not patient enough, lol. Middle linebacker can take a long time to really master. Heard scouts say it can take 4 years to truly understand the reads and flow. That is why I am not panicking about PQ or PW yet.
