I'll disagree that the majority here are taking sides based on politics in this respect, while the current administration does hold all the cards as to how this plays out, very few of us care who goes to the gallows because of their involvement. This isn't a left or right issue for me, each party when in power could have done something with this and chose not to. It just happens to be Trumps turn and he made the mistake of saying that he'd take care of it.

I'm thinking no Americans are going to be charged as long as the Republicans control the WH and Congress. Maybe not ever. Too many people protecting too many others.
