Guthrie Kidnapping

Just speculating but if the perp turns out to be an illegal alien I'm wondering how long it will take for the story to disappear.

I think that the odds of that are bigger than not. It makes sense that they perp was hired to take her as a distraction. Very Arkansas of him, so don't be surprised what his label is.
 
No match for the DNA on the glove, so they are nowhere. Either someone around the Tucson area knows exactly who that is and may or may not ever come forward OR it was Mexico people and we'll never know. Looking bleak since the family is 100% ruled out.

Personally, I wouldn’t put much emphasis on that, people are very curious..

I don't follow the news all that much as it's slanted based on the political leanings of the source. Information obtained here is generally more accurate than the media provides.

But here's an aspect I don't understand, the Catalina foothills is an affluent area of Tucson, and I guarantee you that there are cameras everywhere. Now I suppose in active investigation evidence isn't being released, but I can't believe that there isn't footage of a vehicle involved on film somewhere.
