Rodgers is a little b!tch,

If Ben did or said the stuff Rodgers did, he would have been under fire from everyone. Hell, Ben got blasted for doing a 10min segment on radio every Friday lol.. meanwhile, Cam does an hours of podcasting per week while airing out the team and everything in between. It’s just comical the hatred for Ben over the years. Give me Ben every single time over Rodgers, every time. I also think Ben was a 10x better field leader. He had great body language and belief. Rodgers sits around and pouts when **** doesn’t go his.
Ben couldn't say anything like GOAT, he would act passive aggressively instead. It's all he could do since he was the biggest screw up on the team at that time... till he got a lot older and settled down.

A new coach could still bring back Rodgers for a year while trying to find/develop the long-term QB.

I'm not saying they absolutely should bring him back or anything, but wouldn't be totally against it depending on the options available.

I don't think he wants to play anymore, anyway, as he seemed to have that demoralized "it's time" look on his face at the end of the game.

The same look Ben had in his last game.
He won't come back, he's seen enough of the s***t show. A new coach, new system, nahhh.

Well he is somewhat immobile not a fit for a team badly coached. As he can’t out run the bad coaching or line breaking down.

I do like me some AA Ron on the right team with a great OLine and coaching he could pull a Peyton Manning . Problem is majority of those teams don’t need QBs.
Rodgers is cooked. Just stop. "Outrun bad coaching?" How long will it take before you geniuses collectively decide the new coach is bad

The Rodgers era has ended almost as quickly as it started.

Unfortunately, father time waits for no man,.
It was obvious the guy still has the mental ability and the arm to make plays, but one of the most important things needed in the NFL, especially in today’s game is the ability to escape trouble in the pocket and extend plays.

After Monday night’s game, his ability to do that has regressed tremendously, even since the start of this season.

Hell, he got sacked by a player that was-laying on the ground!

I was basically saying the Steelers weren’t a good fit, but he could succeed with a strong OLine and good coaching.

He had an overall good season with the Steelers, but you do you. We don’t have to worry about you becoming a genius anytime soon.

😀

With a different coach, I'd consider bringing him back.

With Tomlin, there's no point.

NOPE, with a different coach you start building. Bring Aaa-ron in as a back up / mentor. I'd bet he would go for that.

Play Will and see where he takes yaz.

Putting your cards on (then) 43 yr old QB, hand cuffs the new coach. Our new coach won't need to play Tomlin ball.

His last play a pick 6? I would think he does not want to leave like that, but he will not be coming back here.

I appreciate all your post(s) along the way, but have to point out it is very unlikely Aaa-Ron would base his return on the one negative play.

That one play is just an individual of a countless other GREAT plays that far out weight that one play.

Just like Ben’s first pass of his career——————- complete or incomplete could care less, similar to his last pass of his career.

Yeah, it might not be as important to him as I think it is. I do think though that he would not come back to the Steelers with all the changes coming.

Rodgers had a good season? 🤣

You lose credibility when you make statements like that. So we wait and see how quickly he get signed. If you're right, he won't last a day

I didn’t say anything about if he will play this season, etc. Statistically it wasn’t a bad season. Again you do you, we don’t have to worry about your credibility as long as I don’t sink to that level I am good.

😊

He did have a good season for a 42 year-old quarterback, playing behind a sieve of an offensive line, and with playcalling that resembled to pop Warner league football team.

And I’m not saying that to disparage Aaron Rodgers,.
Like I said previously, the man is still capable mentally and with his arm strength. However, the legs are gone and you can’t be an all pro type quarterback in the NFL today without the ability to escape pressure in the pocket.

You and Coryea better start respecting GOAT before he comes looking for you.

GOATS have got a good kick...watch out.

Anyone dumping on Rodgers for his time in Pittsburgh can get it out of their system. He was only here for one season and I didn't think he did anything to destroy team chemistry. I had big reservations that would happen as he marched to his own drummer with other teams by missing OTAs, whining about roster makeup, draft choices etc. On the field I thought he did the best any QB could with the lack of receivers and craphole offensive scheme he was handed. Not to mention a substandard LT for much of the season. The one drawback was he's 42 years old and couldn't run for his life like some younger QBs could.

Like I said - if it makes you feel better dump on him. I just happen to think most of it is unwarranted.

More likely true than not, BUT he did have tired written all over his face and maybe he would consider a back-up role ?

I’d approach him with equal chance competition for start, but also point out he could be a back-up and QB Coach / Pass specialist. A player’s role / coach.

I’d lean towards talking with him and find out if we could find the right place for him and his experience, but be clear there is an open competition for starter & leaning to younger the position.

He probably would tell me to “NOT INTEREStED”, but I’d be patient and hound him a little.

That's not the first time trailer park girl was thrown on the table.

I take it you’re either speaking from experience or you’ve subscribed to Coolies VHS collection.
