The Official Thread Dedicated to "Trump Winning"

so you're assuming she had a concealed weapon. after suggesting you're not speaking for her murderer.
essentially, you're profiling. which your side hates. unless it fits the narrative they're told to believe.

but... since Babbitt was shot and killed on government ground, entering a government building with a weapon would be a felony. as such, I strongly agree she should have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

can you tell us what concealed weapon she had? I must have missed that report.

oh. damn.

white chick. 5'7", 130 pounds of fury. going to decimate the members of congress like she was John Wick. right?
There is no assumption on my part. The assumption of the shooter was that she COULD have a concealed weapon and being that she was disregarding his orders, she had bad intentions.

How is that so hard for you to understand? You’re all being intentionally pointless trying to defend the stupid ****.

so you've said you're solid with cops shooting people advancing on them after given warnings.

explain your hypocritical stance on Mike Brown now.

Nah. Nice local Mexican restaurant got raided by ICE and they trashed the place. All for what? To deport hard working people just trying to get by? That’s not great and it’s not America. Now Trump is fighting a non-existent rise in crime is DC. Ironically do distract people from the Epstein files he won’t release.
You took an entire day to respond and this is whst you come up with?
I think you are doing this for attention and don't really belief what you type.

ICE is doing one hell of a job. Sorry about your nice local Mexican restaurant. Perhaps you should tell them that if Ice shows up unless they have a warrent, the restaurant has 48-72 hours to let them in. If they have a warrent, that usually means there is a specific person of interest that they are looking for.

I am in Baltimore and DC way more than I wish. Crime in both are horrible. Not just at night, in the middle of the day.
Have a blessed day.

Some of us have lives outside this board.

No it’s not in DC. It’s declining. Trump said it, so you believed it. BTW, how’s the pedophilia crime rate down there?

I am not sure about the Pedophilia question, but you should be good. admitting it is half the battle.

D.C. police commander accused of altering crime statistics

The FOP alleged that officers in the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department were instructed to downgrade violent crime reports to lesser offenses
The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP), which represents D.C. officers, has raised concerns about what it says is a broader practice of manipulating crime classifications to show declines in violent crime. FOP Chairman Gregg Pemberton said officers are frequently instructed by supervisors to downgrade serious felony reports to lesser offenses.
The union claims the practice is being directed by the MPD command staff in an effort to keep reported crime figures low.

According to MPD data reviewed Monday, violent crime in D.C. was reported as down 28% compared to the same time last year. By Thursday, the figure was listed at 25%, with overall crime down 8%.

Pemberton called the numbers misleading.

“There’s absolutely no way crime could be down 28%. Last year they suggested that it went down 34%,” he said.

From the White House

FACT: Yes, D.C. Crime Is Out of Control

  • In 2024, Washington, D.C. saw a homicide rate of 27.3 per 100,000 residents.
    • That was the fourth-highest homicide rate in the country — nearly six times higher than New York City and also higher than Atlanta, Chicago, and Compton.
    • If Washington, D.C. was a state, it would have the highest homicide rate of any state in the nation.
    • In 2012, the homicide rate in Washington, D.C. was just 13.9 per 100,000 residents.
  • Washington, D.C.’s murder rate is roughly three times higher than that of Islamabad, Pakistan, and 18 times higher than that of communist-run Havana, Cuba.
  • The number of juveniles arrested in Washington, D.C., has gone up each year since 2020 — many of whom have had prior arrests for violent crimes.
  • There were 29,348 crimes reported in Washington, D.C. last year, including 3,469 violent offenses, 1,026 assaults with a dangerous weapon, 2,113 robberies, and 5,139 motor vehicle thefts.
  • So far in 2025, there have already been nearly 1,600 violent crimes and nearly 16,000 total crimes reported in Washington, D.C.
  • Vehicle theft in Washington, D.C. is more than three times the national average — ranking it among the most dangerous cities in the world.
    • Carjackings increased 547% between 2018 and 2023.
    • In 2024, there were triple the number of carjackings compared to 2018.
  • These statistics are not only troubling on their own, but they also likely significantly understate the level of crime in Washington, D.C.
    • Metro Police Department leadership are allegedly cooking the books to make crime statistics appear more favorable.
    • Many residents don’t feel safe reporting crime.
    • More than half of all violent crime in the U.S. goes unreported in the first place.
    • WUSA-TV: “D.C. residents voice frustration over rising violence, questioning police stats and demanding real action to make neighborhoods feel safe again.”

Weird, so the directive comes from command staff, meaning it's 'pervasive'. Odd.

Because nearly 100% of the people committing crimes are balck and that doesn't align with Democrat priorities so the numbers must be changed.
I'm not seeing a lot of diversity there.

Homicide Victims and Suspects Approximately 78% of homicide victims and suspects were known to the criminal justice system prior to the incident. Among all victims and suspects, about 59% had a prior DC Department of Corrections (DOC) release, and 33% had a prior federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) release (Figure 2). Among all homicide victims and suspects, 17% were under active supervision by CSOSA and 54% had been under prior/active CSOSA supervision before the incident. About 14% of victims and suspects were under active supervision by PSA and 67% had been under prior/active PSA supervision before the incident. Given the high percentage of those arrested who have been incarcerated and on supervision shows the vast majority of individuals were involved in homicides and shootings were not just arrested, but also prosecuted

Of those who were known to the criminal justice system prior to the homicide, most victims and suspects had been arrested for drug (avg. 2.7), disorder (avg. 2.0), and property (avg. 1.9) offenses (Figure 3). Overall, most victims and suspects with prior criminal offenses had been arrested about 10 times for about 12 different offenses by the time of the homicide. This count only refers to adult arrests; juvenile arrests were not included. In addition, the majority of arrests for victims and suspects occurred in the District; a smaller number of arrests occurred outside of DC (Figure 4).

seems the people who scream "we needa dew sumthin", "we aint needz weapunzes uv waar on de skreets" and "we needs moar lawzes" don't really care about what is going on since the last few posts show there are already laws on the books about murder, murder with a weapon and murder with a firearm in particular.

why have laws if the system is just going to bump the offense down to a lesser charge?

murderers should be imprisoned. if we need to build more prisons, then some of these politicians could have one less house or one less yacht or one less airplane or one less global vacation on taxpayer dime.
