Those polls, are absolute tripe. My old cell number was owned by a democrat and I would get polling calls and texts all the time. The moment I answered they would ask me to rate Obama or whomever they were polling about on some scale and when I went to the low end of the scale, they would abruptly end the poll and tell me to have a nice day.

Excellent point, I have to admit that I'm swayed somewhat by polls that I agree with, it's just human nature.
While I do believe the majority of Americans want the SAVE Act passed, I do question the 80%.

80% of us have never agreed on anything.

Sure. Confirmation bias. I am as guilty as the next person, at least up until recently. Don't have much faith in our media or politicians to just be honest about much of anything.

So should we or should we not believe the poll that says upwards of 80% of Americans are in favor of the SAVE Act? I believe you cannot be selective about it. Polls are either reliable or they aren't. Or should we just trust the ones that align with our political views?

you can ask the attendees of a NOW meeting if they favor Kamala or Trump, and 99.99999% will say Kamala.
conversely, you can ask the attendees of a 2A rally if they favor Kamala or Trump and 99.99999% will say Trump.

all that matters is how and where you poll.

i saw where Pocahantas was saying there were already laws on the books to prevent illegals from voting. Which is true. Just as there have been laws on the books for civil rights, yet they keep trying to pass newly worded laws for the same old laws.

I think New Jersey is proving that those laws are ineffective. Completely.

There isn't an easier way to get rich in America than to become a politician. You don't have to do anything but put on a show hearing every now and again, make a couple soundbites for the media, then go back to your office and count your money.
