Wow, Mike Mitchell is now employed!!

Best wishes Mike. Nothing personal but when you beat your chest after a daggar 1st down run where the dude got at least half of it if not the better of you. Then were yelling at their locker room before a playoff game. Pretty much had enough.

lol @ at the patriots apologist

Draft picks fines and suspensions paint a accurate story, that team has cheated enough to never get the benefit of the doubt. In any conversation.

**** them and anyone who rides with them.

THAT'S the thing slash, the MASSholes are to ******* arrogant to know. They think it's all OK and everyone is just jelous. They don't think it's wrong that they got what alcolades they got by deception. THERE are no morals in MASShole land. A-N-D you forgot one important thingy

**** the CHEATRIOTS with a RED HOT POKER and some of the MASSholes too, I'd be happy to hand select a few.

Yea, Penalty flags for cheating. Too funny. Slash has it right. Want to know when your team gets caught cheating?

You lose draft picks.

How many picks have the Pats lost in the Bellicheck/Brady era again?

Pat fanpologist logic.... jumping offsides and wiretapping opposition teams are the same thing... may as well carry a handgun on the field and shoot opponants trying to make a play, cause everyone else holds occasionally and its all just cheating....lol

**** off troll

Yea, real intelligent response. When you can't stand on your own two feet intellectually, you resort to vulgarity without refuting anything. I get it. Ad hominem attacks are for the very limited. It is what it is.

Wrong. A penalty flag is an infraction of the rules during a game.

Right. A flag is thrown when you are caught cheating. You are correct. Pgh has been caught cheating more than any team this year.

Kraft and Hoodie were caught taping signals during games and given a warning, a violation of the NFL’s charter by circumventing fair play amongst the franchises. Not gameplay rules.

Hmmm, well, all NFL personnel collectively said it was not a big deal or something that other teams didn't do. Even our own Bill Cowher said so.

They were caught a second time, with evidence obtained, which implied the taping had gone on for several years and impacted playoff games. It also detailed the role of an employee who has no game day title, but is involved in team game planning. Hi Ernie! That isn’t a violation itself. But when the employee has documented photographic memory disciplines, and the evidence included game tape of specific opponent formations tied to hand signals and personnel groups along with Adams having an assigned seat in the coaches box with direct communications to the HC. Well, even a idiot can figure that out.

Hmmm, well, all NFL personnel collectively said it was not a big deal or something that other teams didn't do. Even our own Bill Cowher said so.

It was surmised that the commish destroyed the evidence because if the tapes were made public it would have not only destroyed confidence levels in game integrity for a former SB winner, but caused backlash from the prognosticators in Vegas.

A theory. Never a fact.

Only Pats fans will cry about the Deflate Gate being about deflated balls. That wasn’t even part of my statement about being caught twice. Deflate Gate was about how far a organization will go to gain an illegal advantage. The ball pressure issue was minimal, but the amount of effort the organization went to circumvent the playing rules was incredible. Team Ball handlers improperly taking equipment from the officials, to a separate room before being brought on the playing surface. Why didn’t Kraft allow the two ball handlers to be interviewed during the investigation? Because they were suspended?......or not a team member but a Kraft Group employee? No wonder only Pat fans think it’s a conspiracy p, when the rest of the NFL teams fan bases think otherwise.

An opinion, one which would not be allowed in a court. If deflating was such a big deal, why did the Pats score almost all their points when the balls had the official air pressure in them? I know, I know, facts that don't fit some preconceived wishes. It is what it is.

The subject is tired and meaningless; let's try to act in a fashion that isn't akin to Browns' fan. It's not a good look.

One thing to deny it is another to try to blame the Steelers for cheating. To try to deflect. Go troll some ******* where else.

Yeah a fact was they destroyed a tape, and there was no reason to destroy it. Unless it was way bigger than presented.

pats fans always have a excuse for every time they were caught cheating and punished.

No excuses they are cheating piece of ****. And anyone who side with them is a piece of **** too.

Only way a fan supports the cheats so hard is if they are a cheats fan.

So go there as they will buy into your horseshit, nobody here will........................

Ok, so your interpretation that a penalty flag is cheating. So explain this Pats fan; if you are accepting that Belichick and Co. were cheating, why is it that a penalty flag doesn’t result in a huge fine at the organizational level and removal of draft picks? If it’s cheating penalties would incur the same. If a player is caught violating the NFL substance or conduct policy (action that is considered “cheating” under the NFL’s charter) that results in a player suspension with docked pay. How come there are no suspensions or fines for non-dangerous play infractions on the field?

”Right Kraft and Hoodie were caught taping signals during games and given a warning, a violation of the NFL’s charter by circumventing fair play amongst the franchises. Not gameplay rules.”

Total BS, and you know it. The owners wanted the discipline handed internally and within league circles. Handing the coach a $500k fine (an unprecedented amount), $200k fine to Kraft and surrendered 1st round pick. However, Goodell botched that internally handled discipline when he destroyed the actual evidence. After being put on notice by the US Senate, and threatened with a outside investigation, the league owners told Goodell to cooperate fully when the actual camera operator was identified and located. When Walsh delivered his copies of the tapes, it showed taping was performed well before what was originally explained by Goodell during the initial investigation. In fact, Goodell never even notified the other teams which were on the tapes themselves until the media released it. Additionally, your coach even admitted doing the action and even explained why (he implied he interpreted the rule differently than everyone else) even though he was warned at least 3 times before Mangini finally blew the whistle on the cheating.

What you don’t seem to realize is that the other 31 teams (led by the old guard owners Hunt, Mara, McCaskey, Davis, Rooney, Ford) had to cover for Belichick and Kraft, otherwise the whole league would suffer because sport integrity would have been challenged. After seeing what happen to MLB in the 90s, they wanted no part in that. So naturally “it was no big deal” was broadly communicated by all the other clubs so as to keep the league in solidarity.

It was surmised that the commish destroyed the evidence because if the tapes were made public it would have not only destroyed confidence levels in game integrity for a former SB winner, but caused backlash from the prognosticators in Vegas.”

Guess we will never know since Goodell destroyed the tapes. A action that in all legal circles was considered a “cleaner” response so as to not show evidence of possibly a larger more far reaching situation. Something that a sitting US senator attempted clarity from and was rebuffed by Goodell. Only until the commissioner was made known that the continued lack of transparency could enact congress to look at more closely the NFL’s Anti-Trust exemption based upon the actions of the NFL front offices. Obviously the commish was told by his other 31 bosses, comply rather than protect one team in the league.

Not sure what the bolded last sentence of my quote means. The only fan base that doesn’t think they cheated are NE fans.

Wrong, it’s not an opinion it’s a fact. Rules were broken by the team ball handlers, who were not allowed to be interviewed by Kraft Group (their employer). Evidence suggested they received compensation from Marcia, who destroyed corroborated evidence as well. See how that works? I could care less about the balls being deflated. The fact the illegal practice was performed routinely by the team indicates the coach still attempts or allows the team to gain an advantage outside of the league rules.

Your narrow minded viewpoint can’t even fathom that the Deflate Gate was more or less about making up for the lack of transparency that Goodell had for Spygate and his obvious favoritism towards Kraft, who makes his job easier because Kraft is the big gun for the networks, the single highest share of revenue source for the league.

The subject is tired and meaningless; let's try to act in a fashion that isn't akin to Browns' fan. It's not a good look.

Of course you find it tired and meaningless. It doesn’t fit favorably on the team you support and you know all the championships won by the club are painted by (*).

Must be tough to be a fan of a team that will be remembered like the 1919 Black Sox.

Guys, you're feeding Pop, and it's exactly what he wants. Reusing the 'ad-hominem attacks' line from his previous moniker confirms who he is...

Here's a list of draft picks lost for cheating:

Deflategate:
2016 first round draft pick
2017 4th round draft pick
Filming
2008 first round draft pick

Steelers did lose a draft pick in 2001, a 3rd rounder, for exceeding the salary cap

The difference here is, the Steelers brought this violation to the league's attention.

All the Pats infractions, not only were denied by the Pats, covered up, and refuted. No official apologies were issued. The fact that Goodell and Kraft are so close, is the only reason why Bellicheck wasn't Banned for life, for his second cheating infraction, when deflategate happened. Weirdest report I ever saw, exonerating Bellycheat BEFORE the investigation was even launched. That and the league burning evidence is the only reason why anyone could mildly think the Pats are a talented team.

Cope that infraction by Pitt was related to a roster bonus to Wil Wolford wasn’t it?

You’d think such an awesome coach like Belichick would have his players an just line up and play. Rather than resort to level of rule breaking that goes on.

I’ve always wondered what would have Tags done if he was still commish at the time when Mangini spoke up.

The draft pick the Steelers got docked for was because due to a peperwork error, a roster bonus regarding will wolfred was applied one year earlier than the Steelers expected and meant that for a week they were over the cap by 50 grand... this was caught and self reported to the league by the Steelers themselves....

Commissioner Tagliabue offered to let the Steelers slide since they were honest about it and it seemed trivial.... Dan Rooney insisted any violations had tobe punished for precedent... he expected a fine... the matter was brought to the owners and they wanted a high draft pick.... the third was a compromise

So unless you can show me how the Pats turned themselves in even once or how they turned down league amnesty... then no it isn’t anything close to what the pats did...

Hmmmm, yea, they don't matter. That's why they exist in all the archives. Please don't resemble Browns' fan, it is unbecoming.

Please represent you cheatriot team, being an imposter is unbecoming.
