While fans won't truly know what the Pittsburgh Steelers' plans are for their first-round pick until draft night, their options have seemingly narrowed. The Steelers are expected to target either offensive line, wide receiver, or defensive back, specifically safety. All are great needs, and would be much-needed upgrades. Wide receiver might be the least urgent of those three now, but the underwhelming play of the past two seasons may sway the franchise's decision. The team hasn't been able to deploy a serviceable group of receivers that can get open on a consistent basis for years. Perhaps on night one of the 2026 NFL Draft, that could change.
