From what I know about the Wonderlic, the "general knowledge" is so basic as to be sad that they are not scoring better.

The issue is that it is 50 questions like this and you have like 15 minutes or so to answer. I think you cannot skip ahead, too, so if you get stuck on Q 2 for a few min you are ******.

However, I'd also be willing to bet they are putting out their best efforts. For most positions, this is, probably, not a make or break result on when they get drafted.

Yep. I once took the test for a job interview and scored a 38. Upper-level green. Anyone who finished college and got a degree should be able to pull at least a 25 if they got in without a scholarship


Like you said it matters at some positions. I also believe the lower score people are more prone to off the field issues.


20 is a borderline score for a QB.

Nope. 70% of NFL players have little or zero net worth 5 years removed from the game. This is why I think the union should take 10% of every player's salary and pay it back to them on an annual basis when they retire.
