Wild Card Weekend(Sat)

I thought Buffalo was going to roll, but there are few things going wrong. First, the Colts are doing pretty well moving the ball on the ground. More importantly, they're destroying Buffalo in the battle of field position. Indianapolis has nearly started every drive in scoring position. Mistakes have cost them. Allen is playing pretty well, but Buffalo's running game is terrible right now and keeping them from moving the chains. If you're a BIlls fans you are super nervous right now because Indianapolis is a big special teams play or turnover away from gaining a ton of momentum and things can unravel for a home favorite pretty quickly.

would you rather the steelers play Buffalo or the Tenn/Balt Winner? If Buff wins then the steelers would play Buff next week. If Indy wins then steelers play the Tenn/Balt winner. I'm a bit torn. In order, here's who i'd like to play

Tenn - **** defense
Buffalo - defense not great and I think the steelers defense would have a better read on Allen again
Balt - always a battle that can go either way.

I'm with you, tape. I'd love to see the Steelers play at home--and have a reversal of fans in the seats. However, Baltimore is always a battle. The Steelers know how to defend Lamar pretty well, but our run defense isn't where it was in the middle of the season and Baltimore is the best running team in the league. I'd rank the Titans at the top with a bad defense and Tannehill is a guy who is prone to turnovers, defenses just drop a ton of his potential interceptions. I like our chances in a rematch with Buffalo just because it's tough to beat a team more than once and the Steelers would come in with a chip on their shoulder. Gotta take care of business tomorrow night.

Rivers eating that defense alive. The Steelers would have about 17 yards of offense at this point.

Colts fans have to be going nuts. They should be up at least 21-7 if not 24-7 at this point.

absolute stupidity. First you do that pitch play then you pass on the FG. This is a tight game and passing on points is stupid. Oh but he has an analytics card that says he should go for it. Yeah well part of that calculation is that you have Buff pinned deep so if you stop them, you will get the ball again in good field position.

Problem with that is it's less than 2 minutes to the half. You probably won't get the ball again and if you do get it back, it will be with seconds and guess what you'll be hoping for...a FG

that was a catch. You could see a small strip of green between his foot and the sideline

And... That's why you take the points...

How dumb is Indy looking right now?

but but analytics... you must never question it. Analytics shows that passing up the FG will work to your favor 60% of the time. Nevermind that this is a single elimination playoff so you can't afford to be wrong. If they let them have 10 more shots at that it will work out fine.

Rivers is like 4-0 in the wildcard, but i think 1-6 in the other rounds

i was rooting for Buff to score a TD on spite. i hate how analytics has blinded so many coaches to common sense. They use it like a shield to avoid blame for in game decisions.

And just like that...
10 pt swing. Instead of up by 6, down by 4.

That's why you TAKE THE ******* POINTS!

Colts kicking themselves for that first half. Bills are explosive enough to create some separation real quick and you know they're feeling good going into halftime. They tend to do a nice job with adjustments and Indy struggles in the second half.

I see the Colts wanting to get a TD, but you run the risk of coming up empty and having the Bills going down the field to score a TD. Bills are too good to let them hang around.

On the road, in the playoffs with a lead, you always take the points.
