Been doing this "Law of Attraction" thingee which says focus & think about only the positive in others & circumstances as what you think on or dwell on, you always attract.

So....In the spirit of being positive & looking at what we do really, really well, it is time for Steeler Nation to "attract" our next 2 stud wide receivers. I firmly believe we will draft 2 of them. One in rounds 1 or 2 for sure, and I say another in 3 or 4...

We can draft & develop Wide Receivers. We attract star receivers, & very, very serviceble secondary receivers like no other team.

Who we bringing in guys?

Ben needs a couple of new shiny toys....What say Ye?

Dilly, Dilly

Any one or two of these guys:

AJ Brown
Riley Ridley
Deebo Samuel
David Sills
Miles Boykin
Antoine Wesley
Parris Campbell
Terry Mclaurin
Mecole Hardman

I may be the only one that believes we are going to be ok in the receiving game, as we sit

WR class, to me, is very deep this year. Hell, Mecole Hardman blazed the 40 at the combine with a 4.33, but can be had late. Gary Jennings would be a nice addition, as would David Sills. Demarkus Lodge is the 3rd WR from Ole Miss and some online sources say he could turn out better than AJ Brown or DK Metcalf.

Are you saying we will not draft a single WR? Damn....I will bet you a C-Note you are wrong? GAme?

As we sit, our receiving corps is bottom of the league. We need a legitimate starter from the draft or we are gonna be in trouble on offense. We also need another back.

100% disagree. Moncrief is a starting WR and Washington will make the leap. do not spend a 1st or 2nd on wide reciever

Just don't see it...Not saying Moncrief ain't a legit starter, but we will be looking for a killer

False, on SO many levels.
JuJu’s a starter.
Washington had a disappointing rookie season ( as do a LOT of players that turn out to be awesome, ie Troy Polamolu ).
Moncrief gets to play with a real QB for the first time in 3 years.
Eli Rogers is hopefully fully healthy and ready to go.
We will draft a WR, I’m sure, but probably not as early as everyone is speculating, given our penchant for finding WR talent later in the draft and this being a DEEP WR draft class.

Our pathetic defense needs help.
Early drafting should be focused there.....unless Hockenson falls into our laps at 20.

Yeah, we were obviously bottom of the league when we had Hines flanked by Cedric Wilson, Terrance Mathis, and Randle El.

We had a great defense. OK, bottom of the league is being an *******, but we need another weapon in the arsenal to take the pressure off Juju. Riley Ridley would be another great option available in Round 2-3...

How do pass on Parris Campbell 6-0 205 lbs 4.3 the Ohio state with the 20th pick? If you combine ab with Wallace you get Campbell. He could really stretch the field for juju, wash, and moncrief. Put him with Ben and you might as well measure him for a gold jacket right now. Take Campbell the go defense next three picks. The draft is deep on defense side... fichtner developed ab Wallace Sanders, give him Campbell to go with juju and Washington and look da *** out!!! Go Steelers!!!!

Whoever we take in the draft, I don't want anyone under 6' and preferably 6'-2"+. And, I don't want anyone known for dropping passes. And, I am sure with those 2 criteria, we can still get someone that runs under 4.5 or even in the low 4.5's.

So Donta Moncrief? 😉

I don’t think the signing of Moncrief impacts our draft plans for a wideout in any way shape or form...

It’s basically a one year deal. We will use a 1 or 2 on a receiver UNLESS a stud TE happens to fall

Then it will be rd 3

If a Devin is there at 1 we have to take him

I don’t think the Steelers are so disappointed in James Washington that they have completely given up on him and will draft two WRs in the first four rounds.

If they take one in the first round, it’ll either mean there was a run on ILBs, or they weren’t overly impressed with whoever was available.

You are definitely the ONLY one who thinks we are ok with the WRs as we sit. We need an upgrade out there in a bad way or its going to be a very difficult season to watch

They're not disappointed in him at all. He was a rookie who showed tremendous ability in camp and practices and started to come on at the end of the year. That is what is expected of most rookies. Year 2 will be what tells the tale of where he might be headed. My guess is he will do very well with 50+ receptions and a handful of TD's.
