Nice insight read and I think it is inevitable as well. GREED contributes to change and the NFL is an amazing GREED Machine.

College Football doesn't have pre-season correct?

I say 18 regular season game...Zero preseason games....People still get hurt in preseason. All games should count...

Just my thought

Hmmmm....players will only be able to suit up for 16 of 18 games. That means the Pats will finally be able to bring Dom Grady off the practice squad to start a couple games at QB.

So they really don't need the rest........ Right........ How about the wear and tear of the game???? It's a great formula to get the signal caller hurt from exhausted grind of the season. Terrible to make them play and not everyoine else.

How do you know the uarterback doesn't get two off???

Yeah, but guys are scratching and clawing, fighting for jobs in the NFL preseason. And they get to showcase everybody on the roster and what they can do (or not do), and that just seems like a pretty fair practice to me.

I say leave it as it is, but just one fan's opinion.
