Every time this load was in the game they ran on the Steelers. He's terrible! Tuitt I thought played a nice game but I swear it seemed every time we got scorched by future HOFer Justin Forsett , Thomas was in.

Also, did Jarvis Jones play? I swear this guy goes virtually unnoticed at the most visible of positions on this defense. But I forgot, according to the Steelers, he's getting better. Did Boykin play? I didn't see him once.

Thomas was the best and most experienced backup, but I don't like how much they take out their young defensive ends. I saw Walton got some action as well.

Was Big Dan active yesterday? If so, Thomas was the most experienced backup, but I wouldn't call him the best.

Man to have kept this guy is a joke. He's terrible. Of course we let Mauro walk and he looks pretty damn good in Arizona. Another brilliant personnel decision.

his fat *** cannot get off blocks, for the love of god activate big dan, seriously cam is so bad given whatever condition big snack is, he could come in for 10 reps a game, Mclendon was not very good in that game really wished we went after wilfork.

Cam "Tubbs" Thomas looked to be getting blown off the line of scrimmage whenever I watched him in game vs the Rats. However the main reason the Rats ran all over us was the absence of Shazier in the middle.

Cam Thomas=awful

Overpaid, not getting the job done, useless waste of space...sounds like a resume for a politician rather than a DL

Give him Goodell's job, can't be worse

Yeah, I saw Big Dan in on a few snaps. Got pushed back quite a bit too. Thomas is horrible. I don't know what the coaches see in him

Cam had 14 ******* snaps. He didn't kill us.

Jarvis had 26. Pathetic...

What I found interesting was the snap counts of the WRs

60 Brown
51 DHB
27 Coats
18 Wheaton????

Did Wheaton get hurt? Cause he looks like the #4 WR by snap count.

But those 14 snaps proved deadly to this football team. I swear every time I saw a big run it was Thomas in there so to say just 14 snaps means nothing to me especially if those 14 snaps were not quality ones.

According to that link, Boykin did not see any snaps on defense. This is one of the most curious head-scratching player-situations on this team. When we signed him, it looked like such a smart and great pick up. He seemed like an instant upgrade to this much maligned secondary but continues to get little to no playing time. The pass deflection saving a TD against the 9ers shows he can cover. Is Tomlin trying to save a 4th round draft pick by limiting him? I wouldn't put it past him. The agreement is that if he plays 60% of the defensive snaps, the Eagles get a 4th round pick otherwise they get a 5th round. Boykin is a corner that is young and shows a lot of promise that needs to be out there playing regularly. Tomlin is once again making poor decisions and hurting this team. Tomlin is this team's Achilles' heel.

You did? No you didn't.. he was inactive.

Pittsburgh Steelers Inactives
#7 - QB Ben Roethlisberger
#28 - CB Cortez Allen
#50 - LB Ryan Shazier
#62 - NT Daniel McCullers
#56 - LB Anthony Chickillo
#81 - TE Jesse James
#89 - TE Matt Spaeth

Amazes me that people ***** about Thomas but we pay Heyward $10 mill a year and he is just another guy half the time.

On the defensive side of the ball it was Cameron Heyward who had the highest graded game of his career at +7.4. He led the team with six defensive stops and four pressures.

This game maybe....did you read my entire post?

I was watching Cam Thomas the whole time! Lol. Thanks for the correction

Archer is useless. Why he is on the roster baffles me.

Cam Thomas, never seen a huge guy get pushed around like a rag doll.
