I know Munch is gone.

But Sarrett was his right hand man and Munch gave him a vote of confidence while Sean was driving him to the airport. Is Shaun respected by the OL?

I hear people say scheme. How is it scheme exactly? I do not understand scheme when all pro RG's and C's can't push the LOS an inch.

I heard Coolie say Feiler can't pull quick enough this evening which I thought was a good take. Should Feiler be back at OT or on the bench?

Bottom line Ben has to throw the ball 51 times to remain competitive with non playoff teams. Our scheme has been figured out, rush 4, sound tackles, make our WR's make plays, and tip the passes. We are not going to throw far. Hell even Chris Collingsworth was babbling about our pass selection on Sunday night.

What will happen when we play post season teams?

Is it possible to get the run game turned around with the personnel that we have now?

How many of Belichick's coordinators have failed? Coaching under a great coach does not make one a great coach. Sarratt just doesn't have it by comparison. I also don't think we have the horses anymore. I'd put Dotson in for Feiler.

We're about to find out about playoff teams. Baltimore is borderline. Washington is borderline. Upcoming we have Buffalo, Indianapolis, and Cleveland. Cincinnati is the only team in our final six games that isn't in contention.

Also; our backs all all average at best. Conner is above average when he is used properly and has a hole...

After his playing career at Kent State, Sarrett received no offers to play pro football, so he decided to pursue a coaching career. He began at Streetsboro High School, a high school less than seven miles away from Kent State coaching the offensive and defensive line as well as the co-strength coach. He spent one season in that role before joining the coaching staff at Marshall in 2005, working with the defensive line as the defensive quality control and graduate assistant before switching to a graduate assistant on offense in 2006. He was hired to work at Duke in 2008 on David Cutcliffe's staff as an offensive quality control working with the offensive line.

Sarrett was hired by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2012 as an offensive assistant. He was hired by Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin after his interview where former Kent State teammate and Steelers linebacker James Harrison recognized him and asked "What are you doing here, Sweet Feet?". He was promoted to assistant offensive line coach in 2018, and offensive line coach in 2019 after Mike Munchak left to join the Denver Broncos coaching staff.

I'm convinced DeCastro is playing injured, you can't tell me otherwise. Dotson has to be put in at this point, that dude will ******* move people. Move Feiler to RT and Dotson to LG.

The reason for Ben not being sacked isn't cause this OL is so good at pass pro, it's cause Ben is getting rid of the ball quick.

I'd also bring up Kevin Radar, the best TE blocker we have. We have to be able to run on 3rd and 1. We tried to run on a 3rd and long draw and loss 2 yards lol.. absolutely pathetic.

Oh dear god I had no idea. Point well taken.

Get Dotson back in for starters. Conner is the only NFL caliber rb we have right now

Chuck Okorafor might be the weakest link on our O-line. They need to move Feiler back over to RT and slide Dotson in at LG. Dotson might be our best run blocking O-linemen. I would make that change and see how our running game looks. Right now it looks like the Steelers season is fading away and if they can't run the football it will fade into oblivion.

There are run plays (maybe meant as trickery) where our guys fall into what is textbook pass blocking and the ball is handed off and run right in the midst of them. Where is the power G where Al, Pouncy, 66 are all out there leveling people? Is it because Ben is not under center??

I wouldn't say it's fading away. We're 11-1.

The Steelers haven't had an all-pro center in there for the last two games. They have a bum who shouldn't be playing NFL football. They should have re-signed Finney. They've gone from a BJ to an Assenwiper.

And, yes, Feiler should move back to tackle.

Why can't a Corvette tow a boat? It was not built to do so...

I guess what I'm saying is that if they can't find a way to run the football this season will Fade away into Oblivion and disappointment. You can't run the football in December and January you aren't playing winning football.

In the Ratbird game I saw him doing a Kate Winslet on bow of the Titanic pose..............It wasn't very effective, especially after the ball was snapped.

Why'd we get rid of Wis? Would rather have him starting.

Today I saw him snap it to...?

In this order

1. We ain’t got no holes
2. We ain’t got no horses

Our O line is getting Mangled...We have no horses who can’t find a hole if their life depended on it
