This is s tough one for me...
Its either Te'Von Coney - LB or Julian Love - CB.
But i would give the slight edge to Love..
I would be pleased to see either one suit up for our favorite dysfunctional football team next season.

Coney is a player I want to see at the senior bowl. He received an invitation. My guess is coverage isn't his strong suit, so a strong showing here, and a good workout means the world to him.
If you think Notre Dame is dysfunctional, try being a Miami Hurricanes fan. Well-- I'm really not a big fan of the U, I just have an in there and know some people, so I watch them from time to time.
I'll give the Miami low down later. Good athletes at the skill positions, poor coaching, and player development. Bad QB play too.

Not my favorite college team, but Ty Johnson, Maryland, RB/KR, is from the town I live in. Saw him as a high schooler. Led team to back to back state titles. Averaged 9 yards a carry as a soph at MD. Was ridiculously underused as a junior and senior. Never got more than 12 carries in a game . Good receiver as well. Will be a steal for some team on 2nd or 3rd day of draft. Kid of high character too. EVERYONE told him to leave MD after junior season, but wanted to go back and get his degree. Graduated in December.
Rashan Gary, DL, Michigan. Gary is expected to erupt at the combine, and was probably playing out of position on the edge at Michigan. At 6-5 and 280-ish pounds, he has the explosiveness to routinely win on the inside and could play outside in a pinch

I'm not bringing Ed into this conversation. His abilities have been debated enough until we see his combine numbers....
I have mentioned Isiah Johnson, a tall fast CB....he is at the Senior Bowl and we shall see how he does there first.

I axed my favorite team when they were involved with fingering kids *****.
But onto who I think the Steelers could target.
I have to assume Josh Allen OLBer will be long gone. Same with Deionte Thompson.FS
Byron Murphy (CB) is a option but I pause knowing the failure to develop CBs with this franchise and prefer a FA to fill the Burns void.
Devin White ILBer, and to a lesser extent Montez Sweat OLBer.
I see this draft is strong on the DL, so you wonder if there will be a run before the 20th pick, and if not and the BPA was a DLman what would the Steelers do,

Any guess on #10's height, weight, and arm length? I do agree, you prove it at the senior bowl or at the very least go out on a high note in a bowl game if your in the AAC. Props to Johnson.
Not my favorite teams but Sutton Smith from No. Illinois and Devin White from LSU.
Sutton plays on the edge but I’d move him inside, he has insane speed, maybe faster than White even.

Devin Bush ILB Michigan best replacement for shazier style and play making ability he is someone that could be there when itds our turn to pick, gary yes is the best wolverine but likely top 10.

For penn state I feel Shareef Miller will be top player off the board. He’s probably rates as a 3rd or 4th rounder now but once he gets to the combine he’s probably a late first round pick.
Very fluid long athlete who probably could have used a year to put it all together but he definitely has all the tools and abilities to be an elite pass rusher.

Penn State has 3 potential 1st rounders, McGovern, Oruwariye and Miller. Miles Sanders could be a 2nd rounder. The rest are likely round 6 type guys. PSU has a young roster and isn't losing much this year.
Kiper has Penn State OG Conner McGovern listed #1 at the position. That likely means 1st round but with G you never know. Some teams just don't put a premium on that position.
Amani Oruwariye CB is tall and athletic. He could go pretty high based on combine
Shareef Miller is 6'5 pass rusher. I'll be interested to see his arm length. He was productive. So much depends on measurables for pass rushers. He was in the 250-260 lb range. Will he bulk up to make sure he's seen as a DE or will he slim down to try to be faster and maybe get tested at OLB? Everyone wants pass rushers so he could be the first PSU guy off the board.
Miles Sanders RB - This guy could be a real steal in a later round. He had a solid season but not a great one. The OL had a few issues and when the WRs sucked, defenses just looked to stuff Sanders. He was the top RB recruit a few years ago. He just didn't play much because he had Barkley ahead of him and he's almost not human.
I think Sanders will have a good NFL career. He had good hands and can be a 3 down back. He has some return skills too. Steelers may not be in the market for a RB if they like Samuels as the backup to Conner but Sanders will be a steal in RD 3 or later. He could shoot up board if he runs fast at the combine.
Nick Scott - Safety, will depend on combine. May not test well but he's a very smart player and i'd love him as a late rounder. The steelers could use a few more smart players.
Trace McSorley is interesting. Here's a guy who just 2 years ago, i would have given zero shot in the NFL but with the success of guys like Watson and Mayfield, maybe he does have a shot to make a team as a late round pick. If you're a team doing some read option with your starter then you better have a backup who can do it as well. McSorley is a natural leader and will kill it in all interviews. I can't see him in Pittsburgh but maybe Houston, Cleveland, or even Seattle or Dallas give him a shot.
