Edwards, so far. Im still holding out hope that Jar Jar Binks can turn into a decent ROLB but I'm not holding my breath.

Would Ziggy Hood be considered a bust? More than likely not because he did play a lot, but as far as I'm concerned he was a huge bust. First round pick from a school that has put more than a few really good defensive linemen into the NFL, but was basically invisible during his 4 years with the Steelers. I honestly can't remember him making one stand out play. I'm sure he had at least one, but I can't remember it if he did.

Scott Shields, Bruce Davis or Alonzo Jackson...which guy just wasn't used properly?

Edwards had like a seven year career, he wasn't very good, but at least he had NFL talent.

It's absurd that Edwards is somehow the go to Steelers bust. A bust is Huey Richardson or Tom Ricketts. Someone that has no business being in the NFL.

his rookie year was his best year..... it was fair to say he was below mediocre........ he wasn't drafted to be a backup player.............. hanging around sucking in the NFL for 2 3 5 8 whatever the years..... there might be different degrees of bust or sucking..... but that doesn't mean he sucked any less............

Troy Edwards is the bigger bust cause he was catching ballsTom was pitching... Once you got that taint on ya it won't come off. So Jarvis better NFL player by default.

So 1st round OG DeCastro is a bust, but not as much as Edwards? Certainly DHB, who was drafted higher than Edwards, is another NFL bust on our current roster, right?

I think it's somewhat unfair to lump disappointing and somewhat disappointing NFL talent together with all the true busts who simply could not contribute at all.

I dunno.......he had his moments. They were just so far spaced and infrequent.......there were games when I thought "okay, the light's coming on" then I'd forget his name for 6 or 7.

Not sure how DeCastro ends up in this conversation but I kinda get what you're saying.......I'm hoping DHB is just an extremely late bloomer. Sure seems like a different guy this year.

Because if you use a 1st rounder on an OG I think the expectation is that he will be a Pro Bowler, otherwise you use the pick on a more skilled position. DeCastro isn't at that level, at least not yet.

Bruce Davis is making a killing at CopperFit™. All is not lost just yet for him. That Alonzo Jackson though

i have no clue how anyone could pick jarvis. troy had like 60 grabs and 5 tds his first year. true...that was about it, but what the motherfuck does jarvis have to compare to that much of an impact?
