Which Steelers are playing in the Pro Bowl?

Why the **** would any of the players care? They aren't in the SB. You think division rivals are going to help a rival team get a home field game? No freakin way! The games would be even worse in that scenario.

I meant, the FOLLOWING season. I forgot they play during the SB bye week now.

DeCastro is on "Team Irvin". He's the only player from our team going.

Why was the Pro Bowl moved to the week BEFORE the Super Bowl ? Really unfair to players on the Superowl bound teams.

It's a joke. Over 30 players have been replaced. Not worth the risk of injury if you ask me rather our guys didn't play.

Might as well just cancel the game and have a media week in Hawaii for the players that earned it.

Would rather they just a skills competition, or like back in the day a battle of the stars type thing, NFC vs AFC. All kind of events, obstacle course, 3 point shooting, soccer pk's, home run derby, decathlon, etc. That would be way more entertaining.

Remember the Pats rookie RB Robert Edwards? Went to the pro bowl rookie flag game, blew out his knee and nearly had his leg amputated. Tried to make a comeback four years later but faded away in the CFL.

With the amount of money on the line and how short their careers are I just don't see the risk in playing these game anymore.

I actually do favor this. I like the QB competition when they had it, and loved watching it on ESPN 2. I remember Big Snack outlifting all these bodybuilder looking dudes one year. It was great.

Players get to put their skills on display, the risk of injury is minimal, and whichever conference has the most points at the end gets to host the Superbowl the next year.

yep Id rather zero Steelers make it... that way i can root for the meteor to wipe it and all other All star farces off the face of the planet
