Yeah - if we can get consistent pressure on Hasselbeck throughout the game, this actually might be one of the easier games left on our schedule.
But we haven't been able to get to Carr, Manziel, or Wilson. So who knows

Gay has been the one guy doing his job, and we know he's better in the slot than outside so I'd leave him there with Cockrell and Boykin outside. I'd sub Golden in for Allen for sub packages.
I'd run mostly 3-3 up front with Walton being my sub DE and McCullers as sub NT with a steady dose (more reps) for JJ/ LT/ Bud combo.
That being said it doesn't matter who is out there if our guys don't use technique properly so I would really stress man techniques and pressure their receivers as we can't fix the zone issues in 1 week, part 2 of this is tackling technique- we gotta cut down the YAC. Pressure their WRs and pressure their OL, gotta throw off their timing.

Bring pressure and play man a lot, anytime we go zone lately there are guys running open everywhere and our DB's looked confused. At least in man they know who they are supposed to try to cover
Not sure why, all of a sudden, our D looks as lost as they did in the Cheatriots game. It was poor communication in that game. Now, it seems like communication and confusion. But, at this point in the season, confusion and even communication should not be an issue. At this point in the season, if you don't know where you should be lined up or who you should be covering, then you shouldn't be on the field.
play more man, two-high safeties to cover for big plays. Drop Shazier into coverage over the middle. Quick thought...do we know that Grant isn't better than Cockring? 
Maybe Grant and Gay starting, with Boykin in the slot is the best combo?
