It is officially draft week for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the rest of the National Football League. It is the time of year where news outlets will dump information about a team’s intentions nearly every hour. I tend to run with the notion that every bit of news coming out this week is a complete fabrication so they can hide their true agenda. That is why I like to take a look at the sportsbooks to see what their numbers are showing. The lines that they are putting out are going to give us the best indication of what a team is looking to do. When it comes to the Steelers, the outlook is unanimous among multiple sportsbooks on what they anticipate. Running back, offensive line, and cornerback are the top three positions, with most sportsbooks anticipating the Steelers going running back with their first round selection.

Running Back-125-175-150
Offensive Line+250+280+240
Cornerback+550+650+800

Each sportsbook brings their own value depending what position you anticipate the Steelers going. If you are going to bet on draft night, make sure you do a little shopping around to get the most bang for your buck!

....will be gone when we pick.

Also stated "anticipating the Steelers going running back with their first round selection." I believe what you meant to say is "with their first selection" as they may trade back and perhaps trade into the 2nd round.

Too many teams know the Steelers are sitting at #24 eyeing two of the top three RBs' with Miami and the Jets also in need. At that point, do they just trade back and get draft capital this year and perhaps next year as well? It's going to be fun to see how this year plays out.

UNLESS the STEELERS feel they have their man lasting and how far back............ the STEELERS will take that top 3 RB in 1.24, no risk on their part

VERY true on how this plays out and anything is possible here in America !!!

Salute the nation

it's not the end of the world if Harris and Etienne are off the board when we pick. We can use a LT. badly. I don't think anyone at this point wants to see Chuks or Banner at LT.

I doubt Ben wants to see it either
