This is a hard question because there are so many traits you see from the good QBs, but I hate to use this, but the great QBs seem to have the "it" factor. I can't define "it" yet I think we all know what "it" is.

Roethlisberger, Wilson, Brady, Mahomes, Rodgers, Brees all have "it" while good, but not great QBs such as Ryan, Watson, Jackson, Wentz, don't. We are seeing some of the young determine whether they have it or not.
