2,3,4. I don't think you can bring up a proposed law to the SC.

Not completely. The constitution has the SCOTUS layed out as one of the three branches of government, holding the other two in check. This is not a function of lower courts, which are also under the leadership of that same SCOTUS.
 
Jackson's and the other Libs on the court's job is to twist the Constitution into outcomes they like.
Remember, the Constitution was written by white European slave owners so it is irrelevant and must be abolished.

I have heard her speak a few times, and she is far from stupid. Her issue is that she is a extremely biased individual that wants to shape things to meet her views, ones that the vast majority of Americans don’t agree with.
 
from what can figure, the USSC is around so we have something else to ***** about.
 
They are all filled with hate.
 
So when lower courts ignore the Supreme Court,who arrests them?

What I don’t understand is why these women don’t strive for a higher achievements. They pander to their local base to get where they are and then look so stupid that they then can’t build a coalition to move up from there. The smart money would be to pander to your base to get elected then act like a moderate to bring in the larger population to move you up. That’s exactly what Obama did and he took it to the top. You really only need the locals to get you started on the journey. Just being the D incumbent will keep you in the seat, even if you piss off the locals on the regular.

Is it because they are stupid, or just not ambitious enough? Either way they are their own worst enemy.
 
Conservative - apply the Constitution, as written, to determine if various laws or lower judicial decisions should remain legal or have to be re-written.

Liberal - go by what you wish the Constitution said. Decide which side of the argument advances liberal causes then rule in favor of that side by making up the reason from thin air or basing it on laws of other countries.

I'll concede that, she probably does know what a woman is but refuses to acknowledge it.
 
She couldn't answer that question honestly because her communist beliefs ( and handlers) would not allow it.

She is a tool. A plant from the communists. Joe nominated her with a preplanned agenda that he didn't plan. Others did.
