LeMEon just saying he don't need to practice until the real game comes...................................

In his defense (not that i'm defending him) it is voluntary and he is saying come January people will forget this.
JETS haven't made post season play since 2010

Martavis Bryant soon to file for reinstatement. Good luck MB

He claims the NFL drug program doesn't offer enough for the mental health aspect of the player in the system. MaryJane is his weakness and the NFL is thinking
about lifting that ban.............................................

Martavis, it's OK for you to seek private help NOT through the NFL. I realize that would cost money but your overall well being should be your priority and figure it out
as to paying. It would also look good you showing initiative to seek and get better a plus in the "rog"es eyes..... I said rog, NOT frog's eyes or poison !!!

I do hope good for this kid but again, he has to want to help himself before anything is going to happen.

Big Chest (antonio brown)

Says he and Mr. Carr (ranked higher than BEN ROETHLESBERGER by brother David) are building rapport together. Good for him as they will need their sand castles come third or fourth week of the season.
Article also says little dick and his new QB are getting along way better than his "old" QB. Another good for him as he will need to be able to reflect back on this time they spent together in harmony as there won't
be any other times that will be true, once the season gets going.

I see ab getting to about week 3-5 before things start blowing up in raiderville. I also see if JuJu outshines the crap in raiderville, bClown will explode sooner than later.

Bell is going to see 8 man fronts with a ****** QB.

Bryant should just go the Ricky Williams route and smoke weed every day.

AB will melt down when he doesn't get his numbers. We know this is coming. We can't wait to see it happen but I don't give two ***** about the Raiders or AB.

AB and LeTreeon should hold out now and demand a trade to KC.

.

He may, but it might not be from a "****** qb." A lot of analysts feel Darnold made progress last year and believe he is well on his way to becoming a franchise QB. It's the WRs who still seem quite underwhelming that could cause 8 man fronts.

https://www.ourlads.com/nfldepthcharts/depthchart/NYJ

And in the draft, they gave Darnold almost no help, other than an OT and TE.

Bell is gonna have a rough go of it. Offensive line is suspect and his dances gonna be an issue. His team will be 5-11

Sorry to say, AB is taking care of business physically. I saw his workouts he is currently doing & he is motivated. I'm pissed off as **** about the dude because he left us for no reason, but as far as being physically ready, he will be.

We shall see if he takes care of business mentally. I highly doubt it. That said, he will have a statistical year on par with what he normally gets because dude is super motivated. He's gonna get his stats. He's just gonna have to like having his stats on a 6-10 team.

Good luck with enjoying all the losses Brown & Bell as they continue to mount.....LOSERS

Darnold struggled mightily last year. Stack the box and make him beat you. We will see him ourselves soon enough.

As long as they provide a good supply of water coolers, he should be alright.

Drink, with all due respect I just do not care about any of these three guys whatsoever. I'm tired of these three and have had enough to last a life time. My concentration will be strictly with the guys that want to wear the black n gold and **** these these three ********.

Not many had a worse season, granted. But he was a rookie. This year will be more telling.

Slow news day and most here are in your boat (me inclusive) I like to read and came across this and just wanted to give the board something a little different to read. I don't wish bad on any of these players but on the flip side I don't wish good either. When we play the Jets, LeMEon will be trying to get his but whether we stop him or not is irrelevant, what is relevant is the "W" at the final gun. We should get that.

I don't wish injury, but won't be upset if they are on the downside of their careers.

Too much drama came from them, the concept of team players was lost on them.

I think their teams, respectively, will help contribute to moving them further along into the down sides of their careers. Neither of those teams equal what each individule left as far as enhancing their careers forward.

As time passes I care less and less about these dudes.
But here goes a couple of predictions for this group.

Bell will see plenty of touches. I don't think his yards/carry and total yards will be fantastic though and I don't see what some do in Sam Darnold as a QB, he is young and has a new coach this season so it will be like starting the career all over. Bell will probably have his TD total go up because the Jets will use him more than the Steelers did around the goal line. Three years from now the Steelers will look back and say, damn we are lucky he never signed that contract with us.

Martavus Bryant will struggle to stay in the league unless the NFL rules change. He may go to Canada and the CFL where he can grow his own weed and sponsor a new product line of weed based sports drinks. Seriously though, he will fall to the wayside as a guy with talent who just couldn't help themselves to succeed in the league for a sustained period of time.

AB will lead his team in receptions but I don't think he will crack the top 8 in the NFL ever again. Josh Jacobs will provide the Raiders with great options and could be seen as their star on the team by year's end. Hope they don't vote on a team MVP in Oakland or we could witness another meltdown. Maybe AB had it put in his new contract that he would receive all the team honors whether he deserved it or not. Surprised no one has tried to rattle his cage with the information that Fantasy Leagues will have JuJu listed ahead of him on the draft boards.

I am more excited about changes to the Steelers line up and hopefully a different approach in regards to some of the coaching aspects.

Here's an idea. Just stop smoking the chronic. It's not that hard to put away the chronic. For your family's well being, your financial well being, just stop smoking the chronic. Dumbass. The nfl doesn't need to change it's banned substance policies, not in Cali, Colo, DC, Mich, or anywhere else it's legal. If part of your employment is to piss clean, stop being a dumbass. Simple.

Smash, I hear what you are saying but I don't think it's that simple for an addict. YES, Martvis is an addict. I'm not standing up for him as like I said, he can get help independently of the NFL drug program. He chooses to complain about the BFL program instead of helping himself. He can't get better until he see's he must help himself. Currently I think he see's himself as a victim, so not much will change. Like Paul G. Says.... He will be out of the league in a year or two. On the personal side I wish him health and a way to deal but on the football side, I kindA agree with yaz.

I think Bell will struggle big time. I am not impressed with Darnold at all. The few times i saw him his arm seemed really weak. If Carr can get anywhere close to pre- injury Carr then AB can have a big season. Regardless i still think AB will get his catches. Bryant will be lucky to ever play in the NFL again.

Has anyone seen the stats in AB when Ben is not the QB? I don’t remember them but...I know it’s not very many catches, this dude is gonna have a total meltdown before game 8 and probably a few times starting week 2-3.

Well you are comparing Steeler's backups Vs. Carr which is not a totally fair comparison. Granted Carr has been terrible the last couple years after he broke his leg, but before that he was a pretty good QB. I think it is definitely a mental / confidence thing with him.

I suspect the Raiders will do everything in their power to establish Brown as a dominant threat. Gruden will draw up plays, Carr will force the ball and AB, being AB will make some amazing plays. But, one can assume that the Raiders will still struggle to win. While AB probably cares more about his stats than W's, he's ALWAYS been on a team that at the very worst goes .500. (And that is truly the very WORST the Steelers do.) If he has a season that looks like a 5-11 or 6-10 season, he may be a bit frustrated even IF he's getting decent numbers.

Basically that scenario would empower him to shred everyone ELSE on his team, which he's shown he is completely willing to do and capable of doing.

.......wig, you've got some good points and no need to sugar coat it,............. Little Dick can outright be a fLucking ******* to the 10th degree. Carr can do all the forcing he wants but he isn't no Roethlisberger. Big Chest will struggle to get 90 catches and 1100 yards. He will have everyone around him walking on pins and needles and un-cohesioned as you can get. All will break lose around game 5.

I just pictured a thought of the Oakland offense if Carr were to go down to injury. Just imagine AB's facial expression with Nathan Peterman or Landry Jones
trotting into the huddle.

the best darnold will turn into is the version of brett favre that played for the jets, at usc darnold was a gunslinger he just couldnt resist to when recievers were not open or double check down or throw it away. the same for the jet favre where thy started hot but crucial turn overs cost them the playoffs.

Any truth that AB unfollowed a bunch of people from the Raiders.?
