Jets fans aren't sounding too confident

I can't think of any reason to be optimistic about Sunday. Big Ben might throw for 500 yards. I think our only hope is a let down from the Steelers after a prime time game.

Ben could easily throw for over 400 yds next week, EASILY....

I can already see the all deep throws that are going to be completed. This has disaster written all over it, they're built to expose our flaws

.Maybe we should just start the week 6 thread

this team usually makes games close, I don't anticipate a blowout....

A win yes, a blowout no.

Next week is bumblebee throwback week, so I'm sure they won't like what they see.

First I've heard of this. Link?

**** never mind. Google works too lol. I thought they were done with Color rush being unveiled. Pumped! I love the bumblebees!

If I was doing an eliminator pool, the Steelers would be my pick this week.

I think another blow out. big ben gets 5 more tds...

Hopefully Revis doesn't play..

Old habits die hard, and the odor of his lasting impression remains. (wishing the smiley menu comes back soon)

Take the mindset of the last game and stamp it on everything forward....We used to make teams earn every frigging yard painfully. Now yards are cheap and by the dozen...beef up those shoulder pads and bring the wood on every down!

Wonder who will start at QB?

This should be an easy game. We own the Jets in every decade.

Hopefully Revis doesn't play..

hopefully Decker doesn't play - Fitz is nothing without his main man.

update:

• CB Darrelle Revis (hamstring): He got hurt in Sunday's loss to Seattle. He walked into the locker room Monday with a wrap on the middle of his left leg. Revis was limping. He declined to speak with reporters. Bowles said Revis had an MRI, which revealed a mild hamstring strain. "He's a little sore, but he felt a little better [Monday]," Bowles said. "But he hasn't run, so we'll see on Wednesday." Bowles added that it's "too early to tell" if Revis will or won't play in Pittsburgh.

• WR Eric Decker (shoulder): So far, he has missed one game with a partially torn rotator cuff. It seems unlikely Decker will play in Pittsburgh, but Bowles said it's too early to tell. Bowles also said it's too soon to determine if the Jets could put Decker on injured reserve, which would sideline him for at least eight weeks.

The jets front 7 is tough. We have to be ready up front. We have no business overlooking anyone

We were planning on a trip up there to visit the folks and go to this game but the Mrs. has pneumonia. That and the looming hurricane made us cancel the trip and sell our tickets. :(

The Jets always give us a tough time in the Ben era. I remember losing to some pretty ****** Jets teams recently.

The 2004 playoff game was a tough win. 2007 was an ugly loss. The boys have kinda beat the jets from there on out if my memory serves me correct
