I really agree with this. Like let's get real. The guy is going to the HOF no matter what anyone thinks. And hell whatever you think he's a Pittsburgh Steeler. The problem is he doesn't have the Acumen to take over stuff himself even defense and he just doesn't land high quality assistants and coordinators. So he kinda hides behind unspectacular help. And I dont think anyone is coming here to be a part of this mess. He needs to step down. But he undeniably has been successful and is going to the HOF. They don't look at reasons for success over 20 years. I'm sure plenty will have lots to say about this post. Reasons why he has succeeded. But the HOF ain't looking at that. He's in.Again more bullshit. Lots of coaches come in without huge resumes. He came in and won immediately. He proved he belonged, immediately. He has simply overstayed. Your narrative is total BS. He was well respected if young. Cowher didn’t have a ton of experience either. He will go into the hall of Fame one day.
I would rather watch the Steelers lose than forced to be a Browns fan or just about any other franchise. Yeah we need to make a change but come on, we have seen far more good than bad in our lives.
