You need to do your research. AB was bitching up and down at Landry when he was in for that stretch, his stats weren't **** for it. Go look it up. Or, better yet, care to take a standing bet that his best years were in Pitt if he moves on?

He was miserable he wasn't getting his catches and then was a happy man when Ben came back. I remember it well, too.

All everyone needs to do is look at the SD game, he has a big game, but we lose, and he's at the podium with his kids, beaming.
Then we beat our rival, NE finally, he has a not so good game stats wise, and after he barely says anything to the media and ducks out quick.

That's all you need to know about him.

yep, low character. Hate the Pats all we want, but Gronk was targeted once yesterday and I HIGHLY doubt he was sulking.
 
JuJu Smith-Schuster wants Antonio Brown to stay

Steelers wideout JuJu Smith-Schuster is replacing Antonio Brown in the Pro Bowl, but he hopes he gets another chance to play alongside him.

Via Chris Pastrick of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Smith-Schuster said during a YouTube Q and A that he’s hoping Brown and the Steelers can stand down.

“No, I don’t want AB traded,” Smith-Schuster said. “He makes me better. He makes the team better. He’s awesome. He’s a great dude.

“For myself, I learn a lot from him — just playing with him. If I want to increase my game to be the best, I gotta compete against him. So, I do not want him traded.”

Smith-Schuster’s emergence — whether it’s because of Brown’s mentorship or nor — actually makes it more palatable for the Steelers to consider moving on from Brown, since they know they have a guy who can produce lead-receiver numbers.

Smith-Schuster had 111 catches for 1,426 yards and seven touchdowns. Brown had 104 catches for 1,297 yards and 15 scores.

Whether Smith-Schuster would be able to put up those kind of stats without Brown on the other side remains to be seen, but he doesn’t want to find out.

Love JuJu but he is well aware that he owes half of his statline to the #1 Corners and safetys double teaming AB and taking the coverage away from him.
IMO JuJu never comes close to Browns numbers without Brown on the field.
I Love how every YEAR posters on this site come here to complain about coach Tomlin and his gang of idiots (Butler, Danny smith etc), But when Brown speaks out he's selfish and not a team player? Like BELL Brown was one of the few winners on this team along with big Ben who kept coach Tomlin employed because of his no losing seasons B.S.
At this point I say get rid of Brown, and lets see how Coach Tomlin can perform without the help of two of the games best.
With the Browns coming to life and the Ravens Defense, I don't see the Steelers doing anything but crashing and burning. but hey its what the Rooneys asked for by playing hardball with the only 2 all pros on the team.

As long as Big Ben is on the team there will be no crash and burn. Maybe not the results we want , but Big Ben keeps this team afloat.

have you been keeping up? He didn't just speak out- he didn't show up Fri or Sat, had his agent call for him that he wanted to play, left at half time, all while not returning calls from HCMT and ArtII. ThInk the complaints are justified?

I'd let the players vote and decide if they want him as a teammate.
 
JuJu's numbers should drop next season without AB, but his TDs will go up.

I dont give a damn about staying afloat, we had a ******* SB winning roster and now losing a #1 WR AND RB?


Im only caring about one thing, winning another with Ben and the only way that happens is having the very best playmakers around him

I dont want to hear no **** about almost good enough, i dont give a damn about some 5 year ******* plan for the defense, we need to win NOW

Well ok then, if they really want to win another SB they better get their ***** in gear and make sure we have an offense that can score 40 pts in the playoffs
