Washington Commanders

Commanders? For Washington, DC? That's the best you have after 2 years of search???

They should have gone with Condoms instead, because we all know that Washington will screw over everyone sooner or later.

That franchise has been lost for so long, they should have gone with the Washington Lieutenants (a little Army humor).
 
Red Tails would of been better where they could have incorporated a plane and there was some history "The origin of the name comes from the Tuskegee Airmen, the first Black pilots in the United States military. A group of Tuskegee Airmen known as the Red Tails -- because of the paint on the tails of their planes -- made up the 332nd Fighter Group during World War II" Would of suited what is known as Cholotate City DC.
Not like we will need to worry about anyof this crap.

they really should have forced Danny snyder to sell it to a group of native Americans, who then could have changed the name to the Washington Whities as ironic turnabout… lol 😂

Redhawks was my choice. A high school I our community changed from Redmen (which was like orangemen not any native references) to Redhawks. Same colors, still a bit of Native Canadian flavour. Two years to come up with Commanders. Wow.
 
Horrible name and unis, very bush league like their owner.
 
I thought Washington Football Team was a good name and they had an old school uniform. The name and uniforms are tacky.
